I've been with this company for years and stayed with them when we moved to Helena with little complaint but for the past few months I have struggled with the gal named Anda. Issues have lead to my phone being shut off twice with extra fees ofcourse to turn back on and her customer service was absolutely horrendous to the fact my husband and I both left pissed off on 2 separate occasions with her. I paid the bill to keep the service this month due to my son's health but will be switching indefinitely once our service is up. Loved using this company since I was a teen. NEVER AGAIN!! Get better staff!!

So the wife and I have had phones from these guys for 7 years now and we recently went in to change one of our kiddos phones up only to find out from a employee that the manager who runs these locations here set up phones and we had been over paying for years by 100$ like add that up Would you you guys owe me a free brand new iPhone as far as I’m concerned because this was nothing short of theft….

Vincent is a great Employee. He helped my wife and I with our set up on our new phones. We used to be with metro but after being helped with outstanding customer service from Vincent at Helena store we decided it was time to switch to cricket. Keep up the good work Vincent. A+ Customer service!

I call them before arrival he told me we are open till 5:00 pm. But when I reached their it was permanently closed. THIS LOCATION IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

THIS STORE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!! IF THE PEOPLE ARE WORKING, THEY DONT DO A VERY GOOD JOB( SLOPPY JOB), EVERY TIME WE GO TO PAY OUR BILL THE PICTURE SHOWS WHAT WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH EVERY TIME, AND THE LAST TIME WE TRIED TO PAY, THE GUY DIDNT SHOW UP UNTIL 2 HOURS LATER , BECAUSE OF THIS, CRICKET WILL LOSE OUR BUSINESS
