This Costco is located on the road leading out of the airport. A nice Costco that has the typical layout and items. There is plenty of parking and it's kept clean. The prices were the same as my Costco in NC. There were plenty of checkout lines available when I was there and the service was good. The only thing I noticed that was a big negative was the seating area in the food court. Very few seats?!?!?

Just stood in line for 20 minutes to be told that because I didn't "click the link" on the automatic text, they didn't fill my prescriptions and I would have to wait another 30 minutes. The auto text says "no action required" so no one would immediately think to....take action. ?

For several years I've had outstanding service at Helena CostcoPharmacy. I've never had longs delays or mistakes. I also quickly get efficient prescription transfers to other cities & states when traveling. I'm grateful for the professional medical knowledge & skills required of pharmacists and support staff...capabilities Idepend on for maintaining my health.

Costco is a great alternative for me. This is due to them having pet prescriptions, and their prices can be lower than Walgreens.My favorite employee is the pharmacy is Joann.

If you enjoy being treated as an annoyance where they are sarcastic and bigoted against people who receive certain medications, then this is THE place for you! ONE visit was all it took for me. I’ll NEVER use this pharmacy again.

I work for Laquinta and our property is a couple of blocks from the Costco store at perimeter in Atlanta, Ga. After work, I discovered my tire was flat so I drove over to Costco and was treated very rudely and harshly in front of other customers as the clerk informed me that due to my not being a member that they couldn’t service me and I had to move my car. When I asked about joining a membership, I was promptly told that he didn’t have time to set me up and asked to allow the next person to get ahead. I have never been so humiliated and disappointed.

While we have had less than stellar service in the past, today the pharmacy department went above and beyond! We had called in a prescription for our dog to the vet's office on Thursday morning. On Friday, the vet's office said they would call in the prescription right away. On Saturday, the vets office informed us that the prescription couldn't be called in until Monday when our dog's vet would be back in the office. We texted the vet, and we did a little back and forth about dosages, but she called it in at 6 minutes to close. In the hope that she would call in the order, we were in the pharmacy department at a quarter 'til. Ryan, the pharmacist had been fielding our calls all day and was there to the very last minute and a little beyond. They didn't have the correct dosage pills but they would certainly work (with a pill splitter). Ryan was fantastic, and so was his assistant who rang us up (after 6:00 pm closing time). We are so grateful for all the help they provided.

The meat department is to be avoided. The salmon is farm raised, which is significantly less healthy than wild salmon. The steak is blade tenderized, which means you have to torch it to achieve food safety. Who wants to eat a well done steak? If I want it tenderized, I can do it myself. Finally, they often switch the coolers to defrost, which means the meat will go bad. I have had 3 returns because the chicken was bad, so I guess the third time isn't the charm. I would open any meat products right away for a smell test before re bagging and freezing. Look at the coolers for a temperature or defrost. Who has ever heard of turning off a fridge? There is good things about this joint of course, but taking a giant section and making it worthless just doesn't make sense.

Haven't had great experience with communications and they don't seem to have medications on hand, regardless of how far ahead they are called in. Resulting in lapse of prescriptions that are needed, and scrambling last minute to make adjustments withdoctors and pharmacies. I like Costco but I don't recommend this department.

Have visited several Costco's in the past and this one was very clean with friendly service. Checking out was very fast with limited waiting time in line
