The room window would not close.It was not set in there correctly.I asked to have it fixed.They showed me that they did, and it was opened somehow in the middle of the night.I was very uncomfortable.

I arrived at this hotel without a reservation. I stayed in a two-bed suite on the third floor. Everything was clean and comfortable. I didn't need to dust any surface areas, which I usually do. The pillows and towels were super fluffy and soft. I will return.
Walkability: To gas stations and restaurants.

Poor lighting especially in the bathroom. HORRIBLE water pressure! Rooms are nicely arranged.

Drove 6 hours, saw rate of 240.00/night, was charged 300.00 and given an absolutely FILTHY room full of dog hair and dog smell. My 2 year old granddaughter was exhausted.... we got on bed and had black dog hair on us.... bathroom the same, couch stained and with white dog hair. Manager said nothing they could do until I became upset. No refunds, no discount. Then said we can switch rooms after waiting 40 minutes on her. I was upset and she said she would make a call ... 2 minutes later offered a full refund and nothing else.
Went to the Hilton...Home 2 Suits for 240.00 with a clean room, spacious and excellent service 3 min away and friendly!!!!!

Nice room, clean and quiet. Pleasant staff, easy and convenient parking, nice staff. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Would stay here again, definitely.

We stay in hotels a lot! This hotel is clean, comfortable, roomy, has a nice couch to sit on and also has plenty of space and furniture to set things on. I would come back if in the area again. They also have a park bench outside to sit and enjoy a quiet evening in nice weather.

We had a trip planned to Helena, Montana for my kid to be seen by a specialist at the hospital there. We booked the hotel and saw it was non refundable which we were totally fine with. Well…unfortunately a severe winter storm came through on the two days we needed to be up there and there was road closures and alerts advising people not to drive. We called to see if we could just get a credit since we couldn’t make it due to the weather and they refused. I’m sorry but that is ridiculous! We weren’t even asking for our money back, just a credit that we could use another day since we have to come back for the rescheduled doctors appointment. They blamed corporate saying it was a policy every one had to follow and when we called corporate, they said it’s up to the managers at each hotel. So we got the run around instead of them listening, caring and understanding the situation. We would have been there if we could of and you aren’t losing money if we use it another time. In fact, you lost a potential long term guest since we will be up there a few times throughout my kids life for appointments. You really need to ask yourself if it was worth it losing a potential life long customer by not being understanding and working with a guest because of a situation that was completely out of their control. I hope the money you kept will pay for some better customer service training for your staff. We will never stay at a Comfort Suites Hotel anywhere due to how poor they handled this situation.

Rooms are usually pretty nice. Gym could use dumbbells. Service rollercoasters - I've had times where nobody was at the front desk to decent service. Location is good except it's next to a water treatment plant.
