Generally a pretty great experience, missed a star because our Barbenheimer experience found the theater without AC... and it was the hottest weekend of the summer (or it at least felt like it). Always lots of snack to choose from. The subscription helps offset snack prices. Wish they sold beer. That would be nice to have an adult beverage at a film. Otherwise, a pretty great theatrical experience to be had most weekends.

Amazing movie theater in Helena! Very friendly staff, great snacks, clean and impressive theater rooms, and decent parking with the structure next door. I loved coming here, will definitely be back!

On November 18th I attended the last showing of the night for Hungergames The Ballad of songbirds and snakes and was waiting to see if there was a post credit scene having no idea that there was not. While the credits were playing an employee walked into the theater whom I assume was the closing manager. She sat at the bottom of the stairs and in the most unprofessional and rude manor crossed her arms and glared at me and my partner to let us know to get out rather than approaching us and respectfully letting us know that there was no post credit scene and that they were trying to close. Then as we were walking out of the theater she went and hid so she couldn't be told her way of telling us to get out was rude and unprofessional. I am very disappointed in the way she acted but the gentleman standing outside the theater was very respectful and polite and wished us a Goodnight and thanked us for our business. Also was disappointed in the fact that no lights came on to allow guests to see to exit safely people had to turn flash lights on to be able to safely leave the theater. That's extremely sad that cinemark doesn't care about their guests safety when leaving a dark theater. I'm almost discouraged to return to the theater because of one person's poor work ethic and rude manor along with lack of safety in mind for guests.

I saw Taylor Swift's Eras Tour Movie in this theater. The visual and auditory experience was wonderful!

Staff is always pleasant, I want to make that abundantly clear, but good lord can someone at the company come fix the flickering projector in theater 11? It's supremely distracting. Almost certain there's been others in the past, too. Such a gamble, quality-wise, seeing a movie here anymore.

Around $12 for a popcorn and a soda (not the issue) but no free refills?! For less than a dollar of food. Unless you join their MoViE cLuB. These items have always been a scam but this is a slap in the face. If you are just here to watch a movie then you will have a good time. The theatre is clean and updated.

Great place to watch movies in Helena. They do not have recliners nor food service in theater but are more the traditional type of cinema.

Theater 5 is like an inverted Box Car, it has no AC, but rather a Bedroom Sized Oscillating Tower Fan standing in the Entryway, blowing in a bit of Lobby air. I'm sure it's a Fire Safety Violation, the cord a tripping hazard in the Fire Exit. It was like 95 Degrees in the upper seats. Also, the seats are about as comfortable as folding chairs. Prices for concession are Ridiculous; $5.00 for water. The XD Theater, while having slightly better seats, had the same Oscillating Fan with a cord you had to step over to get in and out. WTF? If there was a fire, everyone would trip and pile up blocking the Exit, This Has Happened in theaters before! If you go, pick a seat near the screen, (and the Fire Exit) because in the seats near the top, you can feel the Sun Baking you through the ceiling and there is Zero Air Movement. It smells like mold, and other stinky things in there! I believe the Management is limiting your AC comfort and Safety, to save money while charging a Premium Price. Helena needs a New Modern Movie Theater!

Friendly staff and clean facility make make watching a movie at Cinemark a treat. They offer high definition and standard format viewing. There are many screens at this location. It seems like many perks are offered through a Cinemark app. Ticket prices for Monday night was $8.75 for adults and slightly cheaper for children. Senior and veteran discounts are the only discounts provided. I liked the homage to the various silver screen actors found on the many frames in the hallway.

Went to two movies, both matinees. Senior rate was$7.50. You pick your seat at the time of purchase. Comfortable high back seats. One of the shows had 30 minutes of previews,a little excessive. I showed up for the second one 20 minutes after showtime and it was just starting.

They "mysteriously" did to have A/C in the theater showing “The sound of Freedom” even though every other theater had A/C. They even came forward before the movie to offer a raincheck for another movie. Not a single person left. Best movie in years. If they didn't want people to watch it, they should just not show it. Very unprofessional on Cinemark.

This theater is hit or miss. We saw Oppenheimer in XD and the AC was not on (or maybe broken?). Pretty uncomfortable in the middle of summer. The bathroom is almost always dirty. The staff are nice though.

I am writing this review on sound of freedom. Great movie ! The movie theater had no ac . Come to find out they a trying to cancel the showing of this movie! I sure I will be censored but we need to let people know what are movie theaters are doing to unpopular movie when it goes against there beliefs.

Clean theater with friendly employees. Comfortable seats and good sound. No soap in the ladies' room before or after the movie. And there is a machine in the ladies' room for feminine hygiene products....except the sign directs you to request them at concessions. Because when you are in need, you would ask a male teen for a tampon.

4/5 stars because it’s the best we have here. No fancy amenities or experiences like the big cities, but it’s a place to park my rear end, eat pop corn and enjoy people watching. Parking really sucks.
