Always a pleasure doing business with CCC. The staff are very pleasant and easy to work with (especially Chuck). Every vehicle I've taken in for repairs always looks like nothing ever happen. They stand by there lifetime warranty. I highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle when and if needed.

The team at CCC has been so gracious this week! My daughter hit a tree and shattered her back windshield as well as dented the back quarter panel. I had scheduled glasswork with another company who would not do the work due to the dent. CCC worked their magic, fixed the dent so the glass could be replaced and then replaced the glass when the other company again refused. THANK YOU to the CCC crew! Customer service at its finest!

Shout out to CCC crew for the job that they did on repairing my vehicle. Chuck walked me through the entire process,which was very contentious at times trying to deal with the insurance company. He made it much easier to deal with. My family has used CCC multiple times over the years, working with Chuck every time. We have been completed satisfied every time.

Capital Collision's employees are helpful and professional. Even though my insurance company deemed my car a total loss, Chuck took the time to help me through a very frustrating insurance claim process so I ended up getting fair valuation on my car. I appreciate the integrity of this locally owned company.

I have never regretted using a particular business more. They seem to go out of their way to not work within any reasonable insurance framework. I truly believe that Capital Collision does not meet the standard of acting in good faith. Would anyone completely covered by insurance be happy paying an additional $10,000 dollars out of pocket to replace a bumper?

Very helpful and very easy to deal with. I was able to drop my car off right away. They took care of everything with the insurance company and kept me well informed of the progress with my vehicle.
