This was our 3rd time here! We would highly recommend this little motel, it is a great value for its downtown location. The room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was excellent. Staff were very nice, as is everyone we have met in Helena! Lots of bars, restaurants and history up the street -- no need to drive anywhere.

Visited Helena for a weekend get away. We visited the Broadwater Hot Springs & the breweries nearby and had a fantastic weekend! This old school motel is clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Downtown location is close to local attractions and shopping. Numerous breweries, restaurants, & bars within a couple of blocks.

Stayed here twice within the span of a week - just because it was the cheapest option for a quick stop. However, the rooms smell and the beds are quite small and make lots of noise. Staff is kind. Area is a little sketchy - wouldn’t recommend going outside after dark.

Clean and comfortable room, big fridge with a good sized separate freezer, friendly staff, cheap. Laundry on site that's open 24hrs, quarters/soap available to purchase at the front desk. My go to now when passing through Helena. Had a great stay.

Clean rooms and a great location close to shopping, food, and bars. It's old, but we aren't worried about luxuries. Just want a clean bed to end the day. This place suited us just fine. We will definitely stay again.

For the price, you will have a very clean and well located room.
The room is in its original condition and the insulation is not perfect.

Great place to stay and clean rooms.
Passing through and needed a quick overnight. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable.
Rooms: Quiet and clean.

We stayed here for a couple nights on our way through town. I can’t believe the price we payed for such a nice room. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and Mostly we loved the location. We walked all through the downtown of Helena. Good restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance. Yes there is a homeless shelter next door but there was no issues from that. The area was very quiet the parking lot was well lit. The staff was amazing!! The blonde gal who I assume is the owner was the sweetest gal and helped us with recommendations of the area. Overall I highly recommend this motel.
Rooms: Comfortable beds and clean
Safety: We never felt unsafe
Walkability: We never drove our car once we checked in. So much within walking distance.

Great stay! We needed a room quick for the night and the office staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s dated in some areas but overall it was a nice room for an affordable price.
