When my card was used fraudulently, BOTR refused to address the situation or help me in any way to get my money back. Over $400, that I know of, in less than 6 months. Not a happy customer!

I have been a customer's almost since the bank opened. The entire staff is always treated me well. There has been a couple small issues that have come up and they have always resolve the issue immediately. I am not a fan of big corporate tight bang and so this is why I love Bank of the Rockies

Friendly people and a nice looking bank. Difficult location to get to but worth it to work with nice people.
Founded in 1883 with $50,000 in capital, Bank of the Rockies was first called the Bank of Meagher County.
In 1973, the Bank was purchased by Michael E. Grove, current President and Chief Executive Officer.
In April 2001, the Oldest Bank in Montana settled on its new name—Bank of the Rockies, N.A.
Bank of the Rockies has grown significantly since it began expanding in 1996 and now provides quality banking services, excellent community reinvestment and employment opportunities throughout Meagher, Park, Fergus, and Lewis and Clark counties. Bank of the Rockies employs approximately sixty full- and part-time employees and continues to look for additional expansion opportunities.
