I’ve been living here for 6 months upstairs and the building is not kept maintained very well like I can see exposed pipes and wires hanging around and no floor rubber sealer and extremely smelly like someone smoking cigarettes inside and the outside door doesn’t shut all the way to where it just leaves wide open for people to sneak and steal and the floor is just filthy and dirty to were there’s no actual janitor to detail clean there’s no HVAC like heating and cooling and tracks a lot of bedbugs which I’ve suffered in the last 6 months of living there it left me scares to remember not to live there ever again

Prices are good for a corner convenience store. Staffs friendly. Good selection of alcohol. Their grocery section, while small, has a generally good variety of essential items. The Sprechers pop they sell is top notch, definitely recommend the root beer.

Wonderful staff and owner. My favorite place to pick up beer and wine, even during construction!
