“This review is LONG overdue! My family and I were traveling home from visiting my folks in Montana last July. We were pulling our bran-new 5th wheel RV and at the time, I didn’t take into consideration the turning radius of the RV and my Ford truck. We were at the gas station just down the street from Caliber in Helena and I turned too sharp while trying to maneuver out of the parking lot of the gas station and the front of the RV smashed through the back window of the truck and dented the roof of the truck as well! At the time, it was raining and my wife and I didn’t know what to do! We have always been Caliber clients - I have 3 daughters and while they were learning to drive we frequented our local Caliber Collison here in Utah a lot :)My wife called the local Caliber in Helena and Craig answered the phone and my wife explained what happened. He told us to drive down the street to Caliber and he would help us patch up & clean up the truck. Craig helped us vacuum the smashed back window and even created a custom cardboard covering for the back window for our 8+ hour drive home. Craig went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful for his professionalism, compassion, and humor during this stressful time for us.Thanks again for your help Craig and I apologize this took so long to leave you this review.Thank you,Joel”

“I chose Hjelm's a year ago to repair my front bumper due to good reviews and price repair estimate. It was not the least estimate. This spring, I had to have bumper repair, again. Quit going to that liquor store that has high concrete parking blocks. I am 80 years old. Hjelm's did not take advantage of my age. Helped me out monetary and emotionally. Today, my front passenger window did not raise up. I called Hjelm's. It is Nov. 4. I live at Hunters Pointe. No garage. Mechanic took me right in. He had to take exterior door off. He discovered window button stuck on down. Fixed it. No cost. I recommend Hjelm's to everyone. Especially, women. They respect you and their repairs are reasonable in cost.Service: Body & Trim”
