Talked to one of the employees and she has been very rude multiple times. I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Both myself and my wife work M-F until 3pm...then we go and pick up our Grandson and don't get home until 3:45pm. We are BOTH handicapped and can't do alot of walking...My driver is very rude and inconsiderate of my inability to get to ther office so they can exchange my tanks...I am on dialysis 4 days a week and need to get home to start that so I am not up all night doing dialysis. I do exactly what the lady at the office told me to do and I got told by my driver that I can't do that...I thought you guys were providing ME a service, not me having to work for this service...Something needs to change...

They have been amazing to us. No matter what questions we have, if we have forgotten to order something and need to swing by and pick it up, they have been very friendly and helpful.

Apex quoted my wife $3000 for a c-pap. My insurance covers 60%, which means we pay $1200. A quick search online revealed that the machines are $883 dollars from a reputable site. Now, I'm not a math wiz, but it looks to me like Apex, a part of St Pete's hospital is making $2017 minimum, on a 30 minute visit. Gee, I wander what is wrong with our health care system?

Apex Quoted my wife $3000 for a C-pap machine, not including the tubing and everything you need with it. A quick search online revealed the same machine, set to your prescription, with the tubing and extras for $883. My insurance that cost me $200 per paycheck would cover 60%. That means $1200 out of pocket. Apex makes $2017 dollars from a half hour visit. Gee, I wonder what is wrong with our health care system.
