Very friendly and fast. Did not take long to get to where my sons truck died in the middle of the road; once he was there, it took about 40 min toral to get hooked up and towed home. Thanks so much Mike!!!!

The officer that responded to my incident called this tow company, and asked me where I wanted my truck towed. I gave him my address. . When the guy got to the scene, he immediately started loading my truck up without even speaking to me. I approached him and told him instead of the address he was originally given, I wanted him to tow it to the body shop. He very aggressively told me he didn’t care as long as he got paid, that he didn’t work with insurance cause they take too long to pay and I will have to worry about chasing money down for reimbursement. He asked for my credit card and after I give it to him, he tells me he can’t even give me a price until he finishes the tow. I know how much a standard tow should cost and since my truck was already loaded up, I let him take it. THAT WAS A MISTAKE. When he gets my truck to it’s destination, he doesn’t call me…he simply charges me $885 straight to my card. A tow 100 miles ON THE EXPENSIVE END is $300. I was only being towed 50 miles.I called him to try to let him make it right, but he was even more rude on the phone than he was in person. He refused to let me speak to the owner, and kept accusing me of not being me???IF THIS WRECKER SHOWS UP TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE, STOP THEM BEFORE THEY LOAD YOU UP AND TELL THEM NO AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE. It’ll save you $600 or more.Service: Vehicle wrecking

Poor customer service, I will never go back. The guy working got in my brothers face for asking who the owner is (he claimed to be the owner). Lost a good customer, we bought a flatbed there before this incident.

They go on private property and remove cars without permission. They moved my one aunts car to get to my other aunts car because her ex boyfriend wanted to borrow it. We are looking at the legal matters now.

This isn't the car parts/scrapyard. Same people, different office. I thought they were decent and honest at the scrapyard. Met w some of the longtime staff and owner.
