This is a great hardware store if you are in the north valley. Large selection in alot of areas. Smaller selections of stuff in other areas ( plumbing, electrical)

Been to this place a few times and have had good experiences for the most part. But this time and definitely my last time, I purchased an item. It didn't work and I took it back within 30 minutes of purchasing it to exchange it for a more reliable USA brand. The new manager, Steph, J(xxxx) refused to take it back since I opened the box. How else would I know it wouldn't work unless I tried it? They were very rude and told me to call the manufacturer. I thought Ace was the place for being helpful, but this new manager was anything but that. Good to know they don't stand behind the products they sell. Very shameful customer service and horrible representation of the Ace Hardware brand.

I had done a fair amount of research on youtube for a string trimmer and thought i had a pretty good grasp on things but was amazed with the level of knowledge and the customer support I got from the salesman and the service team. They set me up with a great machine and I even caused myself a little trouble and the service department was great in helping me out of it.

I needed a pigtail for my new dryer and they had the right one in stock. It was the same price as the larger hardware stores and saved me a longer drive.
