I went to Aaron’s needing a rental for a short period of time pretty urgently and Darren Pocklington gave me several options and we were able to find a solution in under ten minutes. His compassion for my situation and great costumer service is unmatched. His willingness to find the best outcome without making us feeling like a burden on his time because of an out of the ordinary request was exactly what I needed. Plus the store is clean and beautifully staged! Thank you Aaron’s and Darren!

I have had the best experience with this team of experts led by their awesome Manager Joey. I will keep coming back here. I couldn't believe the 5 star treatment I received from the moment I stepped foot in that door. Seriously probably the best shopping experience I have had in so long. You just don't get this kind of service anymore. So, when it does happen it needs to be acknowledged. Good job, Joey and staff!

We are so unhappy with this store ? in the past several years we have purchased a big screen tv a laptop computer a Samsung dryer and a Maytag washer we got the washer in 2018 paid it off 2020 it's now 2021 and it's broke won't help with the repair it has a sticker on it for 10 year warranty absolutely no help not a happy family don't know if I will trust them again

This location is staffed with the rudest, most condescending staff. I don’t know the persons name, but she told me in a text message that I deserve to have been evicted from my home. I’m submitting a complaint to the BBB and have already sent a message through Aaron’s website

Absurd business practices. Rude, rude and more rude. Act like they were raised with no respect and don't really care how they treat people. Word to the wise...steer way clear of this place!!!Huge headache.They harass you with telephone terrorism if you owe them even $5.00. Call no less that 7-8 times per day and then say "They're just doing their job". Calling people incessantly is nobody's job. I'd have more peace of mind going to a flipping laundromat. I wouldn't give these people the time of day, much less my hard earned money.

If I could give this place no stars I would.. the service is by far the worst I’ve ever received. My husband and I really wanted a couch (cheap but good quality) well, I always heard Aaron’s was a great place for that.. they may be cheap but so it’s the quality of the furniture. Anyway, we saw a couch we both liked so we sat down with one of the ladies at the store named Joey and signed paperwork. Later that week we had the couch delivered, after having it a night we noticed that that springs and other parts were not working properly as I went to put up the foot rest, so after a day or so we called Aaron’s back and had them pick it up. A few days later we went back to see if there was another couch we both liked. Long story short we got another broken couch same problem in the same area, so, we called Aarons back and told them we don’t want the couch, so they came to “look” at the couch ,said there was nothing wrong with it and the refused to take another one of their couches back. A week later we called them and said there is something wrong with this couch and we don’t want it. They came to pick the couch up drug it out in the middle of our driveway with nothing underneath it which caused there to be dirt and mud splash up on the side of it..We were called by Joey and told that we can’t get any money back because it’s not their fault it’s broken saying we broke it and there was mud on it it was stained. We went to Aaron’s to look at this “stained horribly looking couch” we just returned and there was no stains it wasn’t dirty other then our dogs little bit of hair on it.. she(Joey) refused to let us leave without us paying $100 for the cleanup of the couch and the fact of it being broken.. we settled on $50 and called it fair and square..A few days later we called them back saying the money never got back to us like they said it would be given back to us. Amanda another so called Manager had answered this time we told her the story and she rudely stated well I don’t think Joey would say that because our system can’t allow less then the payment.. so we were pretty much told there is nothing they can do and we were liars.I have a friend who purchased a Tv from Aaron’s and was basically called a liar and was disrespected by Joey and Amanda as well because they were not understanding what my friend was asking/telling them.So long story short I will never be shopping at this Aaron’s again and I will be letting everyone know that they they all like to take your money and run with it

We bought a stand up washer and dryer out right from Aaron's that we were told there were no issues with. When we got it home I piece broke off the dryer door and the washer door leaked. When we called and talked to the district manager Kim she was very rude and put something in my file saying not to rent it me anymore. Since then we rented a bed set and computer and were having financial issues and returned it. We went in today to rent something and found out because of the issue with Kim almost two years ago they can't rent to us anymore.
