We constantly have issues with buffering and pixelating when streaming. Went to do a telehealth appointment and there was not even enough bandwidth to do that despite upgrading to a faster package. When we called Triange they said their test showed there was plenty of bandwidth. With Triangle you frequently have trouble with the internet and they will always say it is not their fault.

We are currently paying for 50 mbps but on average have an Internet speed of 46 mbps. When this was brought to there attention along with some billing issues they had every excuse/reason to justify this. Our smaller communities deserve better service and not someone who has created a monopoly and provides poor service and outrageous pricing.

this note is a thank you for answering a contact request about internet speed issues. krista called me back within an hour of me sending a message via the website. she is upgrading my package today and offered tips and suggestions. she was pleasant and listened to my story (even tho it was probably rambling since I was so excited to speak to a live person during this period of quarantine!). krista answered all of my questions. thank you triangle communications and krista for providing exemplary customer service!

This company does not really care about customer service. During there recent install in my town, they failed to put things back to pre work conditions. Also do not care about the damage they did to our property. Its clear that they take advantage of seniors. We have now had to hire an Attorney to start legal action.

Everytime I show up im greated in a friendly manner. They are patient and helpful. The only fault is the overwhelming demand. Some days these ladies are going non stop because of the sheer volume. They handle it with dignity and maintain a friendly atmosphere. Thank you ladies for your efforts!

I love the $200 new connect promo and I also love that I get great reception where I live in the Bearpaws but I don't like that sometime when I text people or when they text me it won't go through until after while and sometimes my calls drop even when I have 4 out of 5 bars of service other than that this is a great company
