Great bunch of guys that did everything they could to get us back on the road. We appreciated all their hard work and went out of their way to make sure we were good to go after our flat tire on one of our motorcycles. Thank you to all the staff at Reds Auto.

Had them order me a motorcycle part. They said it would be there Friday, Monday at the latest. It didn't show up until the following Friday. When I was in I was asking about a motorcycle they were going to sell. They said they won't be ready to sell it u til the next week and check in then. When I checked in they already sold the bike to someone else

Don't deal with this place we went to buy a motorcycle from him checked in with him almost daily because we were waiting on financing since the bank I take my loans out is only open 2 hrs a day at the hospital we tried putting money down for good faith he told my husband no I trust you you are first in line and I will wait to hear. We went in with the check and he told us we were a little late he already sold it. We had the loan app in Thursday and had the check today. 5 days which is not long being the hospital credit union is only open 2 hrs a day and we told him she has a couple loans in front of ours. We have been loyal customers for years and will never step another foot in his door or buy another thing from reds auto. So just be careful dealing with them there word means nothing obviously.

Was a loyal customer forever, screwed me over on a trade, the sled I got died the day after i got it, it's been 3 months haven't got it back, and asked to trade back since no one was out any money and i was told no, NOT A GOOD PLACE TO SHOP, GREATFALLS WILL HAVE BETTER PLACES AND WORTH THE TRIP

Easy and convenient place to go for my car parts, and prices are reasonable
