Great service and friendly staff. Came in to purchase a license plate holder set and a screwdriver. They let me borrow a screwdriver instead of having a buy one. That’s damn decent of you guys, thank you!

O'Reilly's has always been good and fair, but they also test many things for free which is a big plus. Then you are not paying for parts that you don't need. Wether it was in Missoula, Great Falls or Havre they were all very helpful. The only suggestion I would make is that they need to stop referring people to Mobile Auto Service in Havre because they are terrible. They don't show up when they say. I had more than 5 no shows and they didn't call either. And they didn't do a good job and tighten the hoses down so they all burst off of the radiator that they replaced. And after saying that it was his partners fault they charged me $604 and didn't test drive it and the engine light came on the first time I drove it and they were supposed to replace 02 sensors but I never got them to return any phone calls or texts or emails. Stop referring people to them. They pay for deletion of bad reviews on Google Maps. Pretty Sad!!!!!
