I go into the store to get a new ratchet as my old ratchet is broken but it has a lifetime warranty. Apparently big boss Bob doesn’t believe in warranties and now I’m out 80 bucks. You’ll be better off if you don’t step foot in that store.

Bob ruined my sobriety. I brought a ratchet in that had a lifetime warranty, and am told that he doesn’t believe in a lifetime warranty. This absolute heathen of an owner gave me no choice but to relapse into my alcohol addiction. But the other employees were great.👍

We needed an air conditioner hose for a swather. These guys built one. Awesome and took an hour, great helpful service.
