This is the third time that I have called AAA for a tow and they never responded to two of the calls that they said they was on their way. One of them they would never respond to any calls from AAA or myself. Not sure what their work is like in the shop, but my experience would say they are more than likely unreliable and provide substandard services. You’re taking your chances when utilizing these guy’s! Good luck!!

They do good service at a fair price and have that small town feel. Love the fellas and all they do from vehicle lock out help and cleaning sugar out of a gas tank

These guys were amazing! I was in town visiting and my exhaust broke, they fixed it in 30 minutes or so and now my car sounds and runs even better than it did before. Even though my car is an import that didn't stop them from providing all the service I needed. I can't express my gratitude enough for this shop!!Service: Body & Trim

Can't recommend enough. These men will not cheat you, swindle you, or break parts of your car in order to try and make you come back. They're the only mechanics in town that I trust, and they've never let me down once. They are cordial, honest, smart, and skilled.

Took my BMW M3 to these guys a couple years ago and have been meaning to leave a review but kept forgetting till now. I had an oil leak from a tiny o ring from a constant pressure valve that I couldn’t access. They took care of it for me. Great guys.

I can't say enough about how helpful and competent these guys are. We hit a huge deer carcass somone had left on the road a few miles outside of Havre on our drive from Oregon to Rhode Island. The next day Midtown towing came to haul our sad little Ford Focus oozing deer guts, oil and radiator fluid. They didn't bat an eye at the problem but put aside their other work to fix our car. They straightened the under carriage, located a radiator and got a new engine fan among other things fixed. They even gave us a lift to a hotel and were just super kind. They had us on the road the very next day. Of course it was not fun to have this accident, but they charged a really reasonable rate and did excellent work. The car made it perfectly all the way to Providence (stinking still of course!). If you are in the area or on the road and need car repair, these are the men. Thank you so much!!
