Pretty run down, most machines don't work, but you don't lose any money learning that on the washers, just the dryers. I'll be looking for a better place next time. Looks to be pretty abused and not monitored based on the trash all over the floor and how full thebtrash cans are.

Place is an absolute disaster. Odor as I walk in. Everything is basically broken. The change dispenser is out of order. I tried calling the number but it has been disconnected. If someone knows who owns this laundromat, please contact them to tell them they need to get this place back up and running.

Most machines are down. No bathrooms are open. Some machines take coins and don’t count them correctly. Lots of the settings do not work. I highly recommend going some place elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars I would but being close to the college and decent looking neighbor hood I really didn't expect to walk into what gave me the feeling like I walked into a scene from the games and movie " Silent Hill". All it was missing was creepy elevator music to go along with the shuttered homeless vibe going on in the torn aged place. Just saying Brand new looking gas station across street and then this place. That doesn't even look like it is an open laundromat. Take pride in the business you own. That place needs alot of tender care. 90% of everything in there is broke and out of order. even bathrooms.

Deterioration has beaten the hell out of this place it boasts a huge amount of dryers that are mostly out of order both bathrooms are out of order. The place is running itself into the ground if I could help I would in a heartbeat cause its the only 24hr place in town to wash clothes and for people like me thats a huge thing and the only reason I didn't rate it lower. Hey owner if you see this I'd be willing to help you with running this place. He'll if I could afford to I'd buy it from you. I don't get the reason for it being so run down I'm sure there is one but please at least stock the wash packs and dryer sheet packs. And for the love of god get the bathrooms operable again.

Quiet today. Lots of machines down and some that weren't wouldn't take quarters so... Still open all the time, can't really complain.Update, I'm complaining. Now 1 star.Not sure if the place was sold or the owner died but this place is now garbage. Has an odor, well over half of the machines are out of order and the ones that do work don't work well and are often dirty inside and out. I've been here for about 3 hours. I have put over four DOLLARS in EACH dryer AND changed dryers twice. There comes a point where the owners need to decide to invest and continue the business or just close up and let it go. That time has long since passed for HP Laundromat.

This place is filthy. I was afraid of accidentally dropping my clothes on the grossly disgusting floor. Whomever owns it should be ashamed. It was the only laundromat open on Memorial Day otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. And the dryers barely work. It took me almost 15 bucks to get 4 loads of clothes dry.
