The clinic keeps sending my prescriptions to a competitor but telling me they sent them to IGA. These guys have had to call and transfer my last 4 scripts. Thank you for working for your customers it is greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work and customer service.

There have been more mistakes & confusion with this pharmacy (last couple months) then in all the years we’ve done business with Western Drug. Very frustrating working with this staff! We are changing pharmacies
