Fed-Ex keeps delivering packages to the Wrong address.
Clearly in this case they are unable to tell Avenue addresses from Street addresses. Their Customer Service is beyond horrible. I'ave wasted over an hour trying to get this package to the person it really belongs to.
Fed-Ex, please teach your people how to read.

Fed ex in havre is a joke. The driver straight up stole my package after taking a picture showing it was delivered.

2 out of 3 packages in 1 week delivered to the wrong address. It truly ruins your day when you order something and it’s shipped FedEx. Customer service was no help either.

Fed Ex could not arrange pickup at my home. They instructed me to drive 63 miles to this drop box to send out my package. I get there and the drop box is not large enough to fit my package. The people working in the store instructed me to set my package beside the drop box so I did. Now it is the next day and it shows they have not picked up my package. I call Fed Ex and she says that the drop box is for Fed Ex Express amd they won't pick up Fed Ex ground packages there.
