It’s a good place on a main street for gas and quick stops. The prices are comparable to other along I-93 and my niece is the manager. Tell her I sent you, she’s my namesake. The owner is responsive, kind and knows the area well. The staff is great!

Tiffany,It is very disturbing how your front desk manager (no leadership skills nor mentally stable) treats their guests. Very "gangster" management style.More like Gangster Inn than Quality Inn!No, I will not return as a guest, ever. During our morning departure from the hotel, on our way to a meeting with our family attorney (father just passed away in Darby) when the manager started banging at the door with a broomstick, yelling threatening to call the police on me and my disabled brother (just got out of the hospital from a stroke - not able to move very well nor speak) while others in the hall and lobby were asking what was wrong with that manager? Anyway, told our attorney located 2 miles from the hotel and he just laughed at the lack of leadership skills that manager has plus, mentally unstable. No, I or my disabled brother will ever return as a guest.

My other half goes in for a car wash, no soap comes out so he goes inside to tell the attendant who laughs. This attendant brushes it off with his laughter and says oh yeah it does that all the time. So he is aware that the car wash is not working properly yet allows customers to get ripped off and laughs about it without apology or offer of rain check or refund. Money is tight for everyone so this is poor management and customer service and we will be taking our business else where from now on.

Great customer service here. Always kind and with a smile. The small talk goes a long ways too. Clean store as well. Would recommend this Town Pump to anyone in need of the basics such as gas, snacks, beer, or drinks.

BIG RIGS BEWARE!!!
Was travelling in western MT this last summer and stopped in here to diesel up...along with hundred dollar fill up, we drove away with a $1,000 crease in my storage compartment and fender.
We drive a 40' diesel pusher towing a jeep....once you pull in, you're stuck.
Do Not, repeat, DO NOT! use this station if you're in any kind of RV over 30' you'll regret it.
This station is too tight for safe access and needs to be signed as such
