Awesome shop! At the front, Sean, he's always so helpful and nice and the mechanic here is honest. They could have charged and changed something I thought was wrong. They saved me 400 that another shop probably would have tried to get from me. Love this shop

Awesome customer service!
We were in town visiting friends foe Labor Day weekend and found one of the tires on our rental car slowly losing air. Since we’re roadtrippin’ the midwest we were worried to end up with a flat in the middle of nowhere. So we went to Tire-Rama before taking off towards our next stop. They found the root cause (nail in the tire) and fixed it immediately. We left as super happy customers!

I own 7 vehicles and up till now did all my business here. But 2 weeks ago I took 1 of my cars in for a rotation and rebalance.
Today I replaced all 4 because 1 didn't get done properly. Will never set foot in this store again.

The tire Rama in Hamilton MT is THE WORST. Husband Spent $1000 on new rims with them, they order them and call him to let him know they are in, well after dropping the car off they call and say he needs to buy lugs will be $120. They order them, well he gets the new rims put on once the lugs show up and they tell him the bill is $250 for lugs… after questioning how lugs cost $250 OVER DOUBLE what they told him on the phone, they drop it back down to $125. Well he gets the car and now it’s shaking at 65 and when he lets off the gas. Go back in to tell them and the guy says “what” he tells him what it’s doing and he sighs at him and turns to face the computer. He walked out.

HUGE SHOUT OUT!!!! To AJ and Levi. We are new to the Bitterroot..our 2nd day here.. went to grocery store and came out to a flat tire. Fortunately across the street was an auto parts store so I went and bought a portable compressor then we made a decision based on some phone calls to use Tire Rama in Hamilton, MT...The guys couldn't have been nicer.. promptly fix out tire at no charge! And that's how you maintain good customer relationships.. thanks again guys.. the couple from MD

The manager is definitely a good manager.. I took my car back there because the battery that I bought from them didn't last. Maybe 6 to8 months.. He gave me a new battery no questions asked..... Great place to buy tires or a battery or even have your car worked on..
