Their website needs to clearly state that they can not print out a label from a QR Code. I need to send back a package FedEx, and all I was given was a code saying go to any FedEx shipping place and they can print out the label. This is the second place I've been to that said they can't. So frustrating!! Now I have to drive an hour and half in the opposite direction to go to a Corporate location. If their website had stated it in the first place, I would have saved time and gas.
