Updated: months later our suzuki got hit by tree branches during a strong wind storm. S&S was very helpful with the timely reply of insurance forms to our insurance company. Thank you.♡

We feel middle ground about our experience at s&s. We had a 2012 Suzuki with front damage. In our area, it's very difficult to come by the Suzuki parts. So we agreed to get used parts so our vehicle would not need to be totaled because of the cost of all new Suzuki parts. It took nine months total. 2 months in the shop off and on. Would have been nice the one month the Suzuki was not being worked on if s&s would have notified us. So I could have had our vehicle for that month. They gave us a gift card for $100 to the local grocery store. It was really nice of them. Anyways overall was an okay experience. If a Suzuki, just total it instead of waiting on (new or used) parts to arrive at the autobody shop. Thanks.

Overall a good experience. As with all local body shops, they are booked for months. The body work done was excellent and my car was wonderfully detailed as well! Would advise calling and checking on progress as communication is a little lacking. But the front desk gal is such a gem (& she's the detailer) that she made it a great business to work with!

If I could rate this business as less than one star, I would. My car went into the shop the first week of April. I was told my car would done the end of May. Then I was told the first week of June because they were short staffed. Then I was told the second week of June. When I drove by I noticed my car had not been touched so I called them again and they told me the third week of June. When I called again, I was told it would definitely be done the last week of June. Lo and behold, I call again the last week of June and they’ve delayed it until July. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. I feel like I’ve been lied to multiple times by people I’ve spoken with because there’s always a different excuse for when my car is supposed to be finished. First it’s short staffing, then they need additional parts, then it’s a holiday so they’re not going to finish it, etc. Additionally, every time I called them they told me they would call me back with updates but I never once received a call from them. I would give them more than 48 hours and then the person I spoke with would have the audacity to seem annoyed that I was calling again. I drive by this business every day and I’ve seen cars that arrived after my car finished and gone. I can not say enough bad things about this experience. If you can go literally anywhere else, I think you should. I wish that I had.Services: Auto body & trim repair

If I could give 0 stars, I totally would. My vehicle has been sitting outside their shop since June 15th. At first, they said they would begin ordering parts immediately and would begin repairs by the first week of August.By August 12th, it still had not been touched, so our insurance adjuster called to see what the hold-up was. S&S told him they are short-staffed but would start it next week.Ten days later, our vehicle is still sitting outside, untouched. So my husband called and was told they are short-staffed and will begin working on it when they can, but they can't give us a date.Meanwhile, every vehicle that has been parked next to mine has gotten in and out of the shop. We still have no updates as to whether or not they have gotten all the parts ordered or even a date as to when they will begin working on our vehicle. My insurance company gave them a check for $9000 in June to begin work. And for the past 90 days, my family of 6 has been without our primary family vehicle. We're reaching out to our insurance adjuster today; we'll look for an auto body shop that can actually commit to a start date and keep that commitment. Or maybe a shop that can at least communicate with us when they aren't able to start working on it instead of waiting for us to call them. Never once did we receive a phone call from S&S saying "I'm sorry, we're sort of staffed, we'll get to it soon." No, we had to drive by the shop to see if the work had begun, and we had to take steps to contact them.I understand that they've recently lost some employees, but if they're not careful they're gonna lose all of their customers.

Not happy with the service. Waited a month for my appointment to not have my car for a week, then called and got my car back. Next appointment was a week away and upon pick up I was NOT happy with the job done. Going back tomorrow morning to see how they plan on fixing this.

Friendly staff, but is very disorganized. Had an appointment to do some minor body work. When I showed up on the agreed upon day the owner said they could get my truck in because they were backed up. Fair enough.....so I rescheduled. I showed up two weeks later and again the same problem occurred. No phone call or text to let me know. It is not like I live one mile away so it was another wasted trip. Never had the opportunity to evaluate their actual body and paint restoration.

This is the second time I have used S&S, and they once again did not disappoint. Highly recommend them and will use them soon in the future if I need any body work done!
