“My husband and I had the best Verizon experience we’ve ever had with Siena! She was incredibly nice and efficient. What I loved most is that it didn’t feel like she was trying to upsell us on everything. I even asked her about a bigger (more expensive) Verizon plan. She was honest and said it wouldn’t benefit us and that the lower plan would be just as good for our needs. We were in and out of the store multiple times over a few days since we were trading in and ordering new phones. Every time we came in, she greeted us and remembered exactly who we were. Top notch customer service and we will definitely be coming back to see Siena if we need anything in the future!”
