Carlos installed my original internet system and did great!!! When I went to fiber Carlos again did a great job and even went above and beyond to run cable exactly where I wanted it. I also have too add tha Brook in the office was friendly, and worked with me as a real professional. Brook and Carlos are both assets to Grizzly. Thank you!

I had major problems with my new computer! I brought it to Grizzly Broadband in a panic. The guys were so nice and talked me off the ledge. Within two days they were able to wipe and reprogram my entire system. The price they charged me was totally resonable and less than I expected. I will gladly recommend this business to anyone! THANKS!

The Grizzly team is always so kind, patient, friendly, and they keep the ball rolling. I've always been so impressed by the folks who answer the phone. It's truly a pleasure to do business with them. I never stress because I know they always do the right thing which is far easier said that done at a large scale in a business.** Writing this review voluntarily after having had a sprinkler break due to Grizzly Broadband work. Such a pleasure! Love the fiber too!**

Ed, Jason and Dillon are extremely patient and they help LOTS of old people! I trust them completely and bought 2 laptops, printer and a monitor. They installed MS Office 365 on the laptops, set up our emails and installed the printer icon on our desktops for easy installation of the new printer. If we outlive the laptops, we will simply have them deliver new ones and set them up in our home.

I can’t say enough about this local company and more importantly, their team!!We’ve been working with CenturyLink for years now for our business. (Red Rooster Artisan Bakery in Hamilton) We’ve experienced no customer service, no tech support, can’t get a live person, just terrible.Ed at Grizzly Broadband has helped us multiple times while we were still with CenturyLink. His kindness, professionalism & knowledge made the switch so easy.Chris got us scheduled as soon as possible and Ed helped us out once again with our never ending CenturyLink issues until their team could come and make the switch for us. Ed came right away every-time we called and followed up to make sure everything was working!! Such a relief to work with such a knowledgeable person who shows up and does as they say. These guys provided great service for us, with a complicated line-of-sight situation. They were super friendly and patiently answered the four billion questions my kids posed to them as they followed them around during the install. After fighting with centry link to just get an appointment, I finally said enough and gave grizzly a call for internet. I just wanted the basic stuff,I scheduled the appointment for a time I thought I would be home, and my landlord wanted to make sure they did things right. Westley called me while I was out of town did the pre inspection then came out on Thursday.He was great, and made sure everything was professional looking.And I was up and running, didn't cost me extra to rent or buy the equipment. And it cost me just what they promised me.

Grizzly is way overpriced for poor and intermittent service. Ended up going with Starlink which is worth every penny and no grumpy technicians to deal with.

Carlos was so nice and went above and beyond to ensure I had adequate coverage and speed. He helped me create an account, download the app and connect my devices. Amazing service! Highly recommend!
