Neil, the responding technician went over and above to fix my router and internet connection problems. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. An excellent job and result!!

I am in nursing achool and I droped my computer, which I'm using all the time. I took computer in the they help me right away, they made it so I could finish the semester without loosing time with my computer. Grizzly Broadcand has great service and they were very kind. Thank you guys so much
