I took my son in because he had scratched his eyeball playing. The Dr. and staff all did a great job of keeping him engaged, and calm. I can’t thank them enough.

I had a great experience at the Bitterroot Health Daly Hospital. During my stay the nursing staff were all amazing, I felt truly cared for by each and every one. I trusted my provider and they were kind and knowledgeable and competent, explaining their plan of care easily and listening to my input. The room was clean and comfortable, and everyone I interacted with treated me with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend their care.

Had to take our son into the ER. They got him into a room right away and Dr. Shaver was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Everyone is so professional and kind. We're right there everytime I needed someone. I had knee replacement surgery by Dr. Woods who is the best! He is good at listening and explaining everything.
I had a very nice room with a view of a brickwall. Lol.
This hospital exceeded my expectations and has come a long way in improvements and having exceptional Doctors in every field.
Even my dinner was great.

Their staff professionalism is non existent. As it says in THEIR “patient rights and responsibilities” they don’t follow any of them. The staff’s (excluding maybe 2) bedside manner is up there along with a wet mop. Not only will you get sent home with no information, you will get to listen to the staff and paramedics making fun of you not even 20 ft away. Also be aware that if you walk in there, prepare yourself to walk out the same way. As they will not do anything if medicine isn’t working to help your symptoms. I will never allow anyone I love step foot into this place ever again.

Just a shout out to the medical records department. Have needed to get medical records several times and the staff is always both quick and friendly. Thanks!

I went to the ER thinking I was having a heart attack. I was not having a heart attack I was having a gallbladder attack. My
They have taken very good care of me here. They got the gallbladder out just before it burst which would have been a lot worse.
I've only had great experiences at this hospital especially the ER area.

They have NO management style...No awareness of running a hospital. No one calls you back. Amy, NP J. Huttie is the only one that has called me back when I leave a message
For help. Impossible to get
Help when in need of a referral Dr. They are mismanaged
From the CEO down. Such a shame in our Community.
If you get an appointment, you are so crazed by the time you
Get there, you have high blood pressure, high anxiety, lack of understanding why this hospital
Is so disorganized. Such a shame!!
P.S. lack of Doctors
Is many departments makes it even more difficult to to get an appointment.

Ever wonder why they call this place Carcus Daily?!? Just take the time, if at all possible, and drive to Missoula. I just spent an hour and 45 minutes from 6:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. March 22nd, pretty sure I was the ONLY one in there, to have the ER doctor tell me after taking an x-ray that I had no broken bones and that I just had a sprain and insisted on that diagnosis after I showed her my peroneus longus tendon rotating over the top of my lateral malleolus clearly illustrating that the superior fibular retinaculum was completely separated from the lateral malleolus, easily diagnosed as peroneal tendon subluxation. They don't care about what they're doing or the people that they're treating. You're just a pile of cash limping in and limping out. I'm not sure why we have to put up with such miserable health Care.

People are great. Your app to get personal info sucks. Try My Chart that St. Pats uses its awesome. Procedure done and not even a record of it let alone the results
UPDATE
I returned call to number given. Great gal. Looking into it.
