We stayed at this hotel with my little family November 10-11, 2023. We booked online in hopes of having a great experience. We drove around town for an extra 40 minutes trying to find the hotel since the sign was not lit up, making it very hard to find. Check in took so long (1/2 hour) as there was only one very slow employee checking people in. (Only 2 people in front of me to check in, one didn’t check in, only inquired about a room availability for the night). The rooms were cold and only given a sheet and small thin blanket for bedding. Upon asking for another blanket, it took the employee over an hour to bring to us in our room. There must have been only one employee working that night, as she couldn’t leave the front desk to go up to the 3rd floor to grab more blankets for us any faster. The noise from traffic was so loud, we did not get much sleep at this hotel that night. The indoor pool was not heated and was super uncomfortable and not fun to be in.On a more positive note, Breakfast was delicious and coffee was great!Walkability: We were able to walk to a restaurant close by easily.

Mediocre. Entire football team partying in the hallway until 10pm. Check in was quite slow. Wouldn't provide extra pillows. Had to go get a pillow from my truck and accidentally left it behind. Wouldn't stay again.

I don't know where to start. The whole building smelled of stale cigarette smoke (including the room and bedding), the convenience snacks consisted of 3 kinds of chocolate bars and a small amount of soda cans, the room was dated and not very clean, the clientele was rough around the edges, the complimentary breakfast was a complete joke including "yellow", unripe oranges and loose tea bags, and there was a permanent sign at the front desk stating apologies if the desk was unattended. If you wanted a hair dryer, you needed to ask at the front desk. The worst of it was the condition of the room. It had an ancient air conditioner/fan, lack of a secondary lock at the door, the door frame was splintered, the tv remote wouldn't work, sticky carpet, fridge that wasn't working, holes in the ceiling, and a bathroom that was ... ick. The bathroom pics include some weird growth on the ceiling, unclean tiles, and a damaged tub.The parking lot faced the back of a dollar store parking lot that smelled of urine that I wouldn't recommend going into a night. The staff were friendly but grossly overworked, and I would never willingly book a room there again.Noteworthy details: Best thing I can say was that it's located within walking distance of the mall and some shops.

While travelling thru Great Falls we needed a room for the night as staying at the camp ground was not practical due to weather.John on the front desk was terrific. Rate was fair and the value was there. Room was modern and most comfortable. The breakfast service was excellent and the staff again were friendly. Set the tone for a ‘Good-Morning’. Excellent location, even for a guy towing a trailer. This hotel will be our Go-To whenever travelling thru the Great Falls area. With or without the caboose.Thank-you to John and his colleagues.

We booked because of the pool. It was of course down and no attempt to comp/discount. Rooms look a bit trashy. Breakfast wasn't great either.

Rooms have been updated a little, but still feels old. People were nice. Air worked really well. Beds were comfortable. A little noisy because of gap under and around the door. We just turned our fan on really high.. Breakfast had regular choices, nothing special. Food nearby. Would stay again because if the low price.

Blood on the sheets. No privacy.Over an inch gap under the doors.Socks from previous occupants left on floor.General manager and staff who are okay with these conditions.Read to get all information.Outside perception of the property was okay when we pulled up. We had no idea the night we were about to have. When we walked into the front door, that all changed. The man who greeted us at the desk spit out a script without making eye contact or engaging in our questions. When we asked questions after checking in, it was clear we were an inconvenience. We booked two hotel rooms and we had to stop him from turning his back on us to get the second room key.The hallways were dark and gave off an uneasy feeling.Once in our room, I kept noticing what I thought was just the light from the hallway under our door, but that seemed really weird. After inspection of the door, I noticed that there was a massive gap under your door. I no longer felt safe. Anyone could lay down in the hallway and watch us in our room. A phone could easily fit under the doors to record what was happening in our room. This was extremely alarming.I went down to the second room we had on our reservation. That door still had a large gap, and the door had a gap on the edge with the latch.I brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk attendant. His words to us were “that’s the way it is.” I was extremely alarmed by the response because I explained how unsafe we felt. The tubs have anti slip grip on them which would be great, except they were brown from dirt.We returned to our room to find blood in the sheets. Thankfully there was a second bed, so I moved over to that one since I knew what the response from the front desk would be.In the morning, when we were loading the car, I informed the new front desk attendant about the blood on the sheets. She questioned it when I told her. I informed her I was positive it wasn’t from us. She wrote down notes while we were talking, but yet brushed it off.Seems these type of complaints are quite normal. When I went to the other room we had reserved to help load their luggage, they informed me that they found socks on the floor. Sure enough, there were socks from a previous tenant. They were not hard to see.Clearly, house keeping is lacking.Customer service is not a priority.I was told the manager would be informed. I waited a few days before calling to see if they would do the right thing. Here we are two weeks later and I have put in more phone calls to the manager and was assured I would get a call back by 9/5/23. We have heard nothing. Please, protect your family and keep them away from the unsanitary amenities and rooms with lack of privacy.Rooms: Blood on the sheets.Safety: Not safe. A phone can fit under the doors and record in the rooms.

Stay here, folks!!!! Robert, at the front desk, went above and beyond for our group, who came in on Motorcycles. Robert was friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and gave us great rates much cheaper than the nearby hotels! Price couldn't be beat! This gentleman invested his time to make our stay affordable and enjoyable! He is a definite asset to this hotel and their team of staff!Keep up the awesome customer service Robert! It is greatly appreciated. He recommended a great Mexican food restaurant just down the block (Mi Rancho). Amazing food with massive portions! This hotel has fabulous, beautiful & CLEAN, comfy rooms. We stayed on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the pool and the hot breakfast! We will definitely be back! Eat at Mi Rancho when you stay here! You'll be glad you did!

This hotel has gone downhill since we last started here a few years ago. The bedding and towels had stains on them. They ran out of ice buckets so they just gave us a garbage bag to get ice. They don't have towels at the pool anymore, you have to go to the front desk to get towels because apparently people are stealing them all the time. The air conditioner vent cover wouldn't stay shut. The shower caulking was dirty or had mold growth. We do not plan to start here ever again.

I worked here and avoid this place at all costs! The health department should shut down this kitchen immediately. It is not clean, and if there are leftovers in the morning, they just throw the sausages and eggs in bags, then reheat them the following morning. They pay their staff very low and expect them to work twenty plus days in a row. There's been bed bugs found in the beds, and they just spray them with bed bug spray and rent it to the next person that walks in the door. The cameras don't do much because if anybody's vehicle gets broken into, it doesn't show anything, so nothing can be proved. And when they're really busy, they don't change the bed sheets. They just remake them and call it good. When they run out of shampoo, they also just go buy shampoo from the dollar store and refill the bottles. It is an absolutely disgusting place ran by very very disgusting people. If you decide to stay, stay at your own risk because I would not let my dog stay there.

This is one of the worst chain hotels I've ever stayed at. The bathroom was dirty and there was a used, wet towel in there when we arrived. We had to have the cleaner come in and clean the bathroom. The toilet seat was so loose it almost came off. Plus the room and hallway smelled of smoke. They definitely need new management.

The lady who worked the front desk was rude, abrubt, and unwelcoming. The hotel is gross. The pool is gross. We had to have someone come clean our bathroom, and give us towels when we checked in. Only after the front desk lady made sure to make it clear it was a pain in her butt. (She didn't move, had some young guy do it)

Hotel is obviously suffering from a lack of maintenance & upkeep. Musty odors in the stairwell and hallway. Staff seems totally ambivalent to needed repairs. Breakfast was decent but have to wait so long for staff to replenish items that are empty. Hotel is either understaffed and/or staff is poorly trained. Decent WiFi and decent beds. Hotel could be much better, especially for the $185 I paid for the night.

Wowza...this is a sad, old hotel with a very smelly stairway, no fitness center and really slow service at breakfast. The rooms were not very clean, and the shower was pretty weak.
