Terrible customer service, associates were rude, I was told that I can’t walk in the store with my small backpack/ purse, “either you leave it here or you go to other store, it doesn’t matter to me”, said this man that was at the checkout .Well , I was there to buy my stuff and leave not to hear what does it matter or not for that asociate, after ending my 10 hours shift, so this was a -0 customer service, if you guys can’t handle the people that are stealing from your store, at least don’t put everyone in the same category, walking in with a small backpack is the same as walking with a purse big or small.You should be able to make a difference and stop telling your customers to walk out of the store, you are pathetic.

Refused a valid prescription because Walgreens hadn’t previously filled it. Said I had to go back to my doctor to have her add a note that the prescription was valid. I was just in awe. My doctor wrote the prescription you are holding! Waited in line 45 minutes and then when I asked to speak to the pharmacist was told they were on the phone and I would have to go to the back of the line again and wait another hour. Insane

Visited the pharmacy to use the drive-thru for a prescription pick-up. Encountered a line of four cars, so we decided to run a few errands instead. When we returned and approached the store on foot, the service from a man at the checkout was disappointingly rude. We were informed it would take another 20 minutes for our prescription, so we waited and then returned through the drive-thru. However, we were then told it would be an additional 25 minutes as it was still being prepared. Frustrated, we went home for an hour and came back, only to be informed that the pharmacist was on lunch break and we'd need to return later. To add to the inconvenience, we discovered the cost of the prescription was nearly double compared to what we previously paid at a different pharmacy nearby.

The customer service here is beyond terrible. They wouldn't let me use my Walgreens rewards money that I earned (and which showed I had on the app and on the receipt as well) because I've been very into couponing lately. The manager there tried to card me when I was buying shampoo and conditioner (it was the nexus brand they are shaped like wine bottles ). And overall their attitudes were atrocious towards me even though I have been nothing but kind. And I'm switching pharmacies as well because this shit is ridiculous.

Pharmacy tech was outright rude. Had been waiting 15 minutes, in line but seated. Tech informed me I must go to the rear of line. Very rude and in front of other customers. Fortunately the other tech was very apologetic. Really have to reconsider Walgreens as my pharmacy of choice.

I do not recommend this pharmacy.They don’t notify me like they should by text if there is an issue with filling a prescription so when I go to pick it up and sit in line forever, I found out it was never filled. I have also called to request refills to show up and find a completely different medication was refilled or they just never submitted the request.

I have recently visited the Walgreens on northwest bypass. The pharmacy receptionist was rather unwelcoming and treated me like I was looking to get high on pills or something and felt like I was being stereotyped for 5 hyracodon for a kidney stone. Very unwelcoming at this location on the northwest bypass. All they say is, how can I help you?! No hello or welcome to Walgreens. There is no one at the front counter and have to walk around to find someone to help, service is extremely slow. Many have stated the same amongst the community. We are dissatisfied with your customer service.

I was denied a prescription at this location due to my expired ID. Which is understandable, unfortunately for me, I am from Texas, and haven't had the chance to get back home to get it renewed.However this is the first time this has occurred to me here since I had previously picked up a prescription at the same location. Associate Velma, who denied me my prescription asked me she can take a government issued license, which I so happen to have my TWIC card in hand. She ignorantly still denied me my prescription only because she read the word "worker" on the TWIC not knowing it is actually a federally issued license. Velma put me in a tough spot only because she instilled in being stubborn.I hope Walgreens takes better care of their customers or at the very least properly trains their associates on the matter, Velma who actually is a manager, kept on denying the fact that a TWIC card is in fact a federally licensed ID, who in my case I am unable to renew my license until I am done working here in Montana to where I can finally go back to Texas. I would reconsider Walgreens as my preferred destination for prescriptions from now on, and I hope nobody else has to go through this.
