If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Managers Clint and Shawna on tenth are extremely rude and per a call to corporate, create policies that do not exist. Do NOT count on this store for customer service of any kind, let alone good- Clint invited me to leave him and his store a single star review as he says his job is secure. I hope they record their phone calls. Would NOT recommend to anyone. For five years I have been picking up FedEx packages addressed to my home with an ID showing same address. Clint and Shawna say no way! Call to corporate states that with an ID and same address package should be CONVENIENTLY picked up. Now my box is headed back to sender and I will have to miss a day of work to be home for delivery- and even with my husband's name on the label, FedEx will still let me have the box. Thanks Walgreens.

Horrible branch to deal with. They tried to overcharge me, then suggested I take my business elsewhere after I called them out on it. I ended up complaining to corporate, but will never set foot in there again.

If I could give a zero I would. Called to check on a prescription that said I didn't have insurance. One of my prescriptions had insurance not the other. How in the hell can that be. So I called to check on it, after hearing the recording tell me I'm the next caller in line. Waited 15 minutes listening to the recording letting me know I'm next in line. When someone finally did answer, they kept saying can you hear me even after they heard me the first time. This happens 90 percent of the time. I asked the employee about the B.S. all I got was they are short handed. Then why the "F" don't they hire . This store is a Joke of all Jokes. I'm not going to get started on the drive through.

The Great Falls pharmacy on 10th is the most god awful, horrible pharmacy on the planet. Don't expect to every get anything in a hurry or correctly. They are awful.

Don't expect to get any help printing anything if you don't bring your own cord to connect. Poor customer service.

I'm a provider trying to call to see if the pharmacy has a medication in stock so I can prescribe it for my patient. I have been on hold for an hour now, and the automated system keeps telling me that there are more than 3 callers ahead of me. I don't think anyone is answering their phones at this location.

I've had nothing but troubles with Walgreens. They can never seem to get my prescriptions filled correctly and they take forever to process. I loved CVS but for insurance changes I had to switch. When I try to call, it's a struggle to get a human to talk to.

My review is for Kasey in the Photo area. I came in to place an order for a canvas print for a gift and Kasey's friendliness, customer service, and help was above and beyond. Kasey helped me through the process of placing my order, found a coupon promo code for me, and had my order ready to pick up within the hour. I really appreciate those who provide excellent service and wanted to recognize her! Thank you, Kasey!

Dr. called in 2 scripts for me at 9am. Showed up to walgreens at 3:30pm and the gal working the pharmacy couldnt tell me why one of them didnt get filled. Would you like us to fill it? NO! Walmart will fill it in 15 minutes, yall have had 6 hours! 6 hours! Very unprofessional, very rude, very slow when I try to get scripts filled here. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

If I could give 1 star I would. It used to be a great store, but over the past year it has gone down as low as can be. They ask for your private information instead of ID to verify your identity, when I refused to announce my date of birth and address, out loud, for everyone in ear shot to hear, they got very nasty. I offered my ID instead, they flat refused! It escalated quickly, finally she took my ID but because it didn't match the address that they had, they didn't want to give me my non narcotic medication. When I called to talk to the manager, she was even more rude!!!

Incompetent pharmacy. Will never enter their store again. My daughter and her husband made appointments for required Covid tests 72 hours prior to going to Hawaii. Went for their appointments and were told no more tests available. They had traveled 2 hours for their tests which are required to enter Hawaii. They never received a courtesy call telling them tests were gone or anything. Very upsetting and were told no where else to get the test. Daughter is stage 4 cancer and Hawaii is on her bucket list. I am beyond upset that she has been put through this additional stress!!! No apology or anything from them.

Hard for me because the pharmacy tech was above and beyond helpful with items unrelated to my prescription. However, on a road trip I had a maintenance medication refilled here in our way through. Later that even and opening prescription realize they filled less than half of the pills! What an inconvenience! Called and said they would escalate to the manager tomorrow since we're now far from the store.
