Pharmacy tech was outright rude. Had been waiting 15 minutes, in line but seated. Tech informed me I must go to the rear of line. Very rude and in front of other customers. Fortunately the other tech was very apologetic. Really have to reconsider Walgreens as my pharmacy of choice.

I do not recommend this pharmacy.They don’t notify me like they should by text if there is an issue with filling a prescription so when I go to pick it up and sit in line forever, I found out it was never filled. I have also called to request refills to show up and find a completely different medication was refilled or they just never submitted the request.

I have recently visited the Walgreens on northwest bypass. The pharmacy receptionist was rather unwelcoming and treated me like I was looking to get high on pills or something and felt like I was being stereotyped for 5 hyracodon for a kidney stone. Very unwelcoming at this location on the northwest bypass. All they say is, how can I help you?! No hello or welcome to Walgreens. There is no one at the front counter and have to walk around to find someone to help, service is extremely slow. Many have stated the same amongst the community. We are dissatisfied with your customer service.

I was denied a prescription at this location due to my expired ID. Which is understandable, unfortunately for me, I am from Texas, and haven't had the chance to get back home to get it renewed.However this is the first time this has occurred to me here since I had previously picked up a prescription at the same location. Associate Velma, who denied me my prescription asked me she can take a government issued license, which I so happen to have my TWIC card in hand. She ignorantly still denied me my prescription only because she read the word "worker" on the TWIC not knowing it is actually a federally issued license. Velma put me in a tough spot only because she instilled in being stubborn.I hope Walgreens takes better care of their customers or at the very least properly trains their associates on the matter, Velma who actually is a manager, kept on denying the fact that a TWIC card is in fact a federally licensed ID, who in my case I am unable to renew my license until I am done working here in Montana to where I can finally go back to Texas. I would reconsider Walgreens as my preferred destination for prescriptions from now on, and I hope nobody else has to go through this.

The pharmacy is extremely incompetent. Three visits there, and phone calls from there. I was told to come back in 3 hours to pick-up the prescription.?? What in the world is going on in that place? NEVER GO THERE!

Went in for my Covid booster vaccine appointment I made online and they didn't show I had one, plus I needed to pick up my prescription that should have been there this morning and it wasn't ready either. Was told to come back in a few hours for that. But needed to make another appointment for booster. Last month it was the same thing when trying to fill my prescriptions. I don't want to come out after dark to get something that should be ready by noon. These are the same refills I get every month.

As Canadians who needed molecular Covid test results within 72 hrs of our return home, Walgreen’s was easy to schedule for the NAAT test, one of 3 the Cdn govt accepts. We made appointments for each person in our party, then drove up, got tested, and had our results in just a couple of hours.The message was glitchy, but the service was great.

I take a medication that if I miss doses it can be dangerous. This walgreens pharmacy not only does not stay stocked with my medication which is a commonly taken med but makes it feel as though it is the customers fault the pharmacy fails their customers! Recommend Smiths or really ANY other pharmacy to be honest! Fix yourselves Walgreens!

Had a friend take an inhaler in to get fixed for me while at work, said they fixed it and it’s definitely not fixed. This is the third time now this has happened. Been with you guys for a few years now. Very disappointed.
