This pharmacy is awful, always messing up my prescriptions in one way or another! It’s also very hard to get someone on the phone. I had to call corporate today and complain because I called to update my insurance and fill my prescriptions for Type 1 Diabetes and heart problems and I had the non pleasure of Ryan taking my call to be extremely rude, raise his voice, tell me he has better things to do, then hang up on me! This is in no way acceptable and I’ve already called another pharmacy where I’m sure I will be treated with respect to start filling my prescriptions. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to Walgreens. Will try to update after I hear back from corporate.

Finally got employees works smooth to get in and out still may wait a few minutes but no long and the employees now are nice and helpful they sure have there stuff together now

This Walgreens on 10th is due for an overhaul. They need more actual Pharmacists 1st as they're the only ones that can do anything. My Dr faxed over an Rx refill for 6 months, they messed up and put them under an old Rx. Then told me I had no refills. Good thing I had screenshots for proof that they were there because if I hadn't they were going to make me wait till my Dr called again - NO! I got them that day. The people there do not know what they're doing. Clean up your Pharmacy! Your advertising is a lie. It's Not easy to get rx's filled. It takes forever and if you're on meds that can't be stopped cold turkey, it's life threatening. Hire more Pharmacists!!!!! Stay there all night fixing your system and filling Rx's. Bring in a computer tech to fix your system, one smart enough, and good enough to catch things like my refills being put in the wrong place. You've already shutdown once to fill Rx's That can't happen again. I was in Management and I'm giving you advice on what needs to be done and how to do it. Please follow it. You're losing customers. The only ones you have left are the ones that live by you, go through the drive thru, which seems to get more attention than the inside customers, and the people who have to go there because anywhere else isn't an option due to insurance,or age. fix this and be who you say you are.

Oh how much money does Walgreens make that they can't fix the second lane pickup.This has been like this for at least six months.Its just pathetic.

This is by far, the worst pharmacy in town. Took 4 days to get my son's medicine filled 4 DAYS! They refuse to answer the phone and when I went to CVS to ask about transferring all my monthly meds they told me that it would be easier to get new prescriptions because they never answer. That's unacceptable. My wife has meds that she depends on and I'm not willing to risk her health because Walgreens can't get it together. They're the only ones who haven't been able to get back to baseline post covid. In fact it's gotten way worse.

They are backed up on hundreds of prescriptions. Good luck getting one filled. It took 2 days and 4 trips to the store, waiting in line for 45min each time, to finally get it filed. I’ll never go to another wallgreens after this.

Not sure what’s going on here, but it took over 24 hrs to fill a pain med Rx for my mom after having serious surgery, when it should have taken an hour, if that. She was in horrible pain for an entire day because of this logistical backup. I feel bad for the people that are working here but even worse for the patients that aren’t getting their meds. Walgreens, fix your mess!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Managers Clint and Shawna on tenth are extremely rude and per a call to corporate, create policies that do not exist. Do NOT count on this store for customer service of any kind, let alone good- Clint invited me to leave him and his store a single star review as he says his job is secure. I hope they record their phone calls. Would NOT recommend to anyone. For five years I have been picking up FedEx packages addressed to my home with an ID showing same address. Clint and Shawna say no way! Call to corporate states that with an ID and same address package should be CONVENIENTLY picked up. Now my box is headed back to sender and I will have to miss a day of work to be home for delivery- and even with my husband's name on the label, FedEx will still let me have the box. Thanks Walgreens.

If I could give a zero I would. Called to check on a prescription that said I didn't have insurance. One of my prescriptions had insurance not the other. How in the hell can that be. So I called to check on it, after hearing the recording tell me I'm the next caller in line. Waited 15 minutes listening to the recording letting me know I'm next in line. When someone finally did answer, they kept saying can you hear me even after they heard me the first time. This happens 90 percent of the time. I asked the employee about the B.S. all I got was they are short handed. Then why the "F" don't they hire . This store is a Joke of all Jokes. I'm not going to get started on the drive through.

The Great Falls pharmacy on 10th is the most god awful, horrible pharmacy on the planet. Don't expect to every get anything in a hurry or correctly. They are awful.

If I could give zero stars I would. This pharmacy is not worth the headache. Incredibly rude staff. If you are a military family, use the base pharmacy or Osco’s inside Albertsons. They will treat you right. This Walgreens pharmacy has a one star rating for a reason and I guarantee you, if you were able to select zero stars, it wouldn’t even have a one star rating.

I'm a provider trying to call to see if the pharmacy has a medication in stock so I can prescribe it for my patient. I have been on hold for an hour now, and the automated system keeps telling me that there are more than 3 callers ahead of me. I don't think anyone is answering their phones at this location.
