Corey and Jeff are phenomenal. They exemplify true customer service as well as their companies core values. Their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond for the customer is what made me switch to Verizon. Companies need more employees like them.

Landon is hands down the best person there was to ever work at Verizon. Not only did he spend hours helping me get my smashed phone replaced he also printed out car outlines for my son to be able to color and trace. Then he helped me set everything up, GOT MY BILL LOWER, and traded a phone I couldn’t use in for credit on my bill. Literally the best experience I’ve had and I’ve been with Verizon since for almost 5 years. Dallin is also pretty cool.

Just wanted to thank the staff here for getting me into a new plan and a new phone really painlessly. I had huge problems with ATT, and really didn't want to switch to something like Cricket. Landon really removed the hassle and it felt like I was in and out. Thanks again!

9/3/23, Service signal strengths are starting to become a slight burden with Verizon. Multiple locations in town with 0-1 bars compared to T-Mobile with 4-5... T-Mobile also with 5g home Internet available, and Verizon still sitting on 4g, while Verizon charging us for over a year for a 5g more plan that never gave us 5g once.Update: Verizon instore customer experiences has seemed to degrade from a few years ago, it seems to be all about filling the sale quota to still be able to work and pushing to sell three items together for a discount that doesn't really feel like a discount.As all Verizon stores do, they do what they are limited to do. They do give great service and particular deals and even helped me get products for my phone. If you ever need help getting a screen replacement or whatnot, you'll want to make sure you have that Asurion protection plan and backup what you can or they can't do anything.
