Asha and Mariah gave the ABSOLUTE best customer service today. They helped me, answered my questions thoroughly, and got the job done fast and efficiently. They even went above and beyond and were kind to my kids and helped my youngest part with her hearing aid to be shipped to be fixed. They definitely deserve a raise. Thank you both for amazing work you do!

The agents at this store are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and everything else that’s excellent!
The store is always clean and well organized. I’ve used this store for years and have never had such as an eyeball roll or raised eyebrow even during their busiest times.
The entire atmosphere is just great as soon as you walk through the door! Always an amazing bunch!

idk who answered the phone but she was super rude and unhelpful it left me speechless. i asked a general question about shipping and she couldnt give me an answer and she was pretty snarky about it. hope she wakes up on the right side of the bed tomorrow!
