I bought a vehicle here and had the best experience! John Zirus the sales manager was fantastic and made the process very easy. The whole team of folks made me feel very comfortable and went way out of their way to make sure I had a good experience. I absolutely love the Toyota Tacoma I purchased.

Very good experience. Polite and professional staff. No high pressure to get you to purchase a vehicle. All questions were answered with professionalism. The business itself also gives huge amounts of money back to the community. They impressed me as being genuine.

I received a letter from the Toyota manufacturer that there was a factory recall on the paint job on my 2010 Rav 4. It took 3 months to get factory approval for the paint touch up where it had peeled off. Next I waited another 6 weeks to get on the schedule for a brake job and the paint repairs. As I was driving over 100 miles I was told there would be a loaner car for the trip home, the paint takes 3 days. I reminded the body shop of my appointment with the repair shop 3 weeks in advance to insure there would be a loaner for my drive home. When I arrived there was no loaner available, I could not get the work done, and re-scheduling the brakes would take another month or more. NOT too happy with the customer service.

The Worst. . The body shop manager was the worst I've ever seen. It has been 2 weeks of waiting on a part that she said would be in, in 2 days, and she has yet to call and let me know anything. In fact, she has never called me. 2 weeks ago I called there 3 times and left voice mails. I finally went up there and she was sitting at her desk, not working, eating a cookie, when she had 3 voice mails on her phone from me. I told her what I needed, a new bumper on my 2017 Lexus 460. She said she'd have the part in 2 days, and she'd call me that day to let me know that she ordered it and exactly when it'd be in. That was Monday 10/19. I had to call her the next day and said she'd just then ordered it and it should be in Wednesday. I called her Wednesday and she she wouldn't know until 4pm. I haven't called back. I'll take it to Houston where I'm from and have a real dealership take care of it.

I bought my vehicle from this place brand new in 2018, and the sales rep was amazing. So I hate to do this but I brought my vehicle in for service on Dec. 24 2019 so a year and half later in regards to worn out tires. The tires were completely bald inside part of the tires so the camber was off. I haven't notice because when I bought my vehicle in for a oil change they didn't say anything. My van only has 22k and needs new tires. That's pretty ridiculous since tires usually last at least 40k. The service writer was no help and absolutely had no knowledge of their vehicles they sold. She just wanted me to buy tires and be happy about. The tires are worn out due to excessive negative camber and needs an alignment. Which she said wasn't covered! I will never come back here, and buy my vehicles somewhere else.

I'm not impressed with your customer service. I called for an appointment for an oil and filter change. Left a message on the "service" phone as requested. I never received a call back. I took my business elsewhere.
