Disappointing experience due to concerning business practices. Since the change in ownership, I’ve noticed a lack of professionalism and respect. I was especially put off by hearing negative remarks about other local businesses and, allegedly, former employees. Unfortunately, this has led me to take my business elsewhere. I’d recommend considering other options, such as Harbor Freight, before shopping here.

They have everything! I have never not been able to find what I need here! It is a pretty pricey place but it's locally owned, has by far the biggest selection of tools I've ever seen in one store and the products they carry are of good quality! The staff is outstanding, knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend shopping here if you are serious about your tools!

This is the one of the few remaining stores a person can walk into and actually touch the tool you want to buy. In the past 20 years of metal working and wood working I have never heard them say "we can order that for you" any tool you are looking for will likely be somewhere on the shelf.

Asked a lot of questions but the sort of overly helpful salesman didnt like me touching the tool and didnt know any of the questions I was asking about it, after I barely used it and realized it was not big enough they would not allow me to return it and buy a bigger mich more expensive tool. If I ask a simple question like what is the cut capacity of the saw and they dont know and don't bother looking it up, but then dont allow returns, I will not be back ever
