I Drove my leaf springs 90 miles to their Great Falls, Mt store.
Manager said I needed a pair of 13 leaf, leaf spring. I asked how much. His estimate was $800-$1,000 for the pair. Manager called later told me the price went to $1,128. I said ok order them. Get the part, its a 14 leaf leaf springs. When I ask the manager Charlie if I got the wrong part, he gave me a resume of his work experience. Then proceeded to tell me I should know to just take the new leaf springs apart and make them 13. Never gave me the option of a refund. So 4 hours later plus a press, impact guns and a lot of work I have 1 leaf spring 13 instead of 14 and installed. Now I must do the other side.
Never use Truck Pro.
Go to a place that sells you the right part and doesnt raise the price on you. Truck pro is the worst place I have ever used. Charlie is the worst manager in history.
Called corporate office. They told me to go back to Charlie. This while charlie is leaving nasty emails.
Save you sanity.
Never use Truck Pro.

Always have had good service from them and prices that were right in with others and they usually have what I need. They can not help that the prices of every thing has gone up due to inflation from the last 4 years every one's prices are up
