We went here for Santa's workshop. All the staff were so friendly and helpful with the kids. What a great event for little ones to enjoy. S'more station, stories by the fire, hot meal, treats and games - all included for a donation to Toys for Tots

The Good Wood Guys retail store stocks the region's largest selection of hardwood lumber and slabs. We also provide full shop services (anything from planing a board to making a hardwood table) right here in Montana, for wood lovers everywhere. We want everyone to love Good Wood.
The Good Wood Guys, LLC was founded by Chris and Susan Crocker, who started selling hardwood and making awesome custom hardwood pieces, and eventually procured a sawmill and began milling urban hardwood logs.
Chris and Susan still manage the day to day operations, and Chris continues to refine his talents and create heirloom pieces. They have hired staff and passed their love and knowledge of wood on to them, and like a tree, the business continues to grow.
