Went in told the salesman exactly the car I wanted. As I was looking right at it. Was told I don't think we have that car. I pointed to it. And he was surprised. Throughout the paperwork process the salesman seemed to be very unknowledgeable, and more concerned about telling me to make sure to give a great review. How much he doesn't make on a sale and the review would really help him. The the finance guy seemed to be in a rush and was just telling me sign and he would fill everything else out late. Come back to pick the car up when it is ready, and am asked to finish the paperwork that I was told by the finance guy he would fill out. When I told the salesman I wasn't going to fill it out because I was told it was done on the previous day and didn't have time to do it at pick up he laughed like I was joking. Then we got into a cussing match.Overall the salespeople need to be trained better before being put out on their own. The whole dealership needs to focus on getting not trying to rush people through as fast as they can.

The sales person I was first introduced to was very inviting and seemed to care and want to help. But there was someone else I was introduced to who handled the paperwork, seemed to not care about service or relations and just wanted me to pay. Made me not want to come back.

Carlos- I have to start with his name because he has highly made an impression, and I am not a very easy person to be dealing with when it comes up to sales but this gentleman here Has to be on my top list of the best customer service I have ever witnessed. From the very beginning, this gentleman has communicated as a person and not a salesman. I’ve had many questions that I bombarded him with, and he took the time and the patience to go above and beyond, and Answer all of my questions that made me feel safe in trusting him with a vehicle. This car dealership has a very positive and Respectful way of dealing with customers. I will communicate my great experience with my family and friends. I definitely recommend this car dealership and I definitely recommend you see Carlos. Mr. Carlos I appreciate all your help you have made me feel very comfortable and you have made me feel like a family and not a customer. Thank you for your hard work and my new car.

Did lease a 2022 Nissian Frontier from them, and when I found out I was deploying to Iraq they were helpful when it came to turning in my lease early (note service members if you have a lease refer to SCRA law on early lease turn ins).The reason I am only giving a two star review is due to the fact few months prior I was interested in purchasing a preowned Ram 1500. Deal fell apart, mainly due to the fact that they think there no problem price is the set price, and any dealer that operates like that will be in for a wake up call later this year and next year. They were set on the 500 discount they were offering on the vehicle since I was a service member (most car dealer do this). I made the comment "Thats great, most car dealers do this, but I feel like the price could be lower." to the sales person. After that the sales manager came out and decided he wanted to flex his service on me thinking he was above my service for some reason. Sales manager "I was a former COMBAT Marine, blah blah blah" " I don't even take the military discount that dealers offer when I buy a car because I don't expect it (good for you man, but I know you don't accept the listed dealer price without negotiation, if you did idk how you are a sales manager) Then went back to his office expecting that his little flex would make me feel bad and sign the deal. I simply sat there for another 10 minutes looking at the deal, and got up and left. Only reason why I returned in the future to lease a Nissian Frontier was due to Nissians current lease offers which was better then other vehicle manufactures at the time.I recommend not buying from this car dealer, because they think the No Problem price is the only deal to be had (just another tactic used by car dealers to make people without car buying experience buy the first deal they get offered)

Tom was a true professional. Unlike alot of other salesmen, Tom wasn't pushy nor felt the need to lie. He gave me straight answers whether I liked it or not. Tom helped my wife and I finance a new Bronco at an affordable price. Will definitely be coming back to Taylors.
