Comfortable beds, clean, good food, but needs upkeep (worn cabinets, dirty or just crusted over stove) and no soundproofing at all. I can not only hear the people above me walking around and flushing the toilets but can also clearly hear what they are saying. Glad I have earplugs but not good.

Beautiful river walk to stroll on, and love seeing the white pelicans fly in?

Elise at the front desk was very professional and welcoming. She went over all of the amenities and made great suggestions for the area.
I had never stayed here before but will definitely stay here again. Room was very clean and comfortable.

This hotel was built ~ 2009 and is in good condition with uptodate, Clean rooms, Great shower pressure and comfortable beds. The main hallways were a little dirty on weekends.
The fitness room is decently sized with very basic equipment typical of most hotels. The access to the river and paved walking trail is excellent. We were hoping to stay here for several weeks at a time given a 12 month work contract in GF. We booked to stay for several weeks but could not tolerate the noise level from loud neighbors, not helped by acoustically deficient rooms and very thin walls, compounded by trains running 3-4x between 2300-0600. Our work entails very early morning starts that go into very late evenings and sleep, when possible, is imperative. Prior to checking in, we had requested a top floor/corner room, farthest from the train tracks, as possible; this option, apparently, was "unavailable" despite several weeks lead time prior to arrival. Voicing our feedback was met with an insincere "sorry" and shoulder shrug from the young blonde at the front desk. We have found other options in the vicinity and have informed our work and travel agencies of the pros and cons with Staybridge, Great Falls, MT, to mitigate other travelers having to go through the hassle of unpacking/packing and losing precious sleep as well as trying to find other accommodations. It's unfortunate as Staybridge is at a great location with pedestrian friendly access to a few restaurants and the river.
[Kobe Restaurant: Sushi was good (much better than Hokkaido) otherwise, only eat at the hibachi area as the menu options on the other side is limited and Not Good. We had the pad Thai which was overly sweet. I wouldn't order it again.
Cowboys Bar: interesting displays; definitely more of a local hangout. Pizza there is okay but only if you're famished.]

They charge an extra $100 that they dont disclose so even if you pre pay online they charge you $100 dollars extra in hidden fee. Brad lied when he told me the “deposit” would be released back to me by Monday morning. Feels like i was charged an extra $100 due to brad racially profiling me at the initial desk interaction.

We had a clean, comfortable, spacious room. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and this hotel offers complimentary light dinners 3 nights a week. The staff were friendly and professional. We completely enjoyed our stay.

Front desk help was great and polite. Outside was pretty, they put alot of work into the lawn care. Rooms were fairly clean..sheets we pulled out to put on the sofa bed were either stained or dirty, hard to tell. But when it says river view it should also say, train runs by right next to rooms and blows the horn in middle of the night. They also allow pets and must have a very lax policy, because we were woke up 1 night and 1 morning by barking dogs. Overall it was an ok stay and the room was large and suited our family well.

Absolutely horrible.
- major construction including toxic hazards on second floor while open
- staff did not alert guests of major construction
- rude staff when asking if floor was usable
- absolutely no staff efforts to move room to a usable floor
- once staff came together to move room to usable floor, guests were told that the room they were waiting on on a better floor was booked (lying staff)
- construction includes:
- second floor completely unwalkable
- health and safety concerns
- glue / painting of the walls during open days
- fumes from glue / paint
- sanding previous paint off walls during open days (toxic hazard, cannot be inhaled)
- wallpaper and other materials used for construction on floors of hallway rendering the floor unusable
- drilling walls during open days
Do not recommend.

Stayed for one night at Staybridge Suites of Great Falls. The room was large and very comfortable. It had a functioning kitchen, but we did not stay long enough to use it, except for the refrigerator and freezer. The breakfast was exceptionally good. They offer food in the evening on certain weekdays. The employee(s) managing the food area seemed to take pride in their work and offer and excellent service. We enjoyed it and it easily fulfilled out dinner needs. The Staff was friendly. Great overall stay and we would definitely go back, again.

Tried to call about pricing. Was sent to a call center line. Phone tree took forever. Call center Rep was trying to push a membership and only telling me member prices. I hung up. I will go elsewhere.

Right outside of Great Falls downtown core. Nice and clean hotel with a pool and small gym. Rooms have kitchenettes. The staff were very friendly and started the stay out right.
