I was waiting for the tech support to help me at the booth for 30 minutes but not a single representative stopped and helped me. It looks like the person who was in charge for the tech support was wandering around the store helping customers, who came in after me, with their questions instead of me who was patiently waiting at the booth for assistance. Really poor customer service and I ultimately left with no assistance.

My kids laptops have been there for 4 days and that's fine...however Carrie May at the tech desk told me multiple times that they would be ready but haven't been. I called again today and the manager who couldn't even FIND them at 1st, said that they're still not ready, and no one will be there from the tech desk until Tuesday. It's Sunday. I asked him does it normally take 4-6 days to download Microsoft office onto a computer and he said "nope" he was super dismissive. There is a major lack of communication and I feel like I've been blatantly lied to by multiple employees. When I first went in to set them up the gentleman clearly didn't want to help me. He told me it was super simple and I should just do it at home...I declined and said that I would appreciate him helping me through the process. It's a good thing I did, because it took him 45 minutes and several tries just to get the process started. He seemed just as confused as me as we were trying to get them going. If Carrie May from the tech desk knew that she was going to be gone for 3 days she could have at least called me to tell me that they weren't going to be ready. Instead she knew I was expecting a call but just left me and her co-workers in the dark not even leaving a note for whoever is going to be there. It's not the amount of time that they have had the laptops that is disappointing, I know they are busy and short staffed and what not. But it's the lack of communication and the lies are what I find inexcusable for business.

I always get fast and friendly customer service when I shop here. Recently I had some books I was going to bind myself with the plastic combs but then our machine broke. I had my copies made and I had the combs already and when I took them all in, the manager was very friendly and gave me a good price. In top of that all 90 books were done the next day!

We went into Staples in Great Falls today and we were helped by Amanda. She couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We needed a LOT of documents scanned and ran into a few problems. She was more than accommodating to help us through our challenges.

Very rude service in the electronics department! Carrie talks to me as if I know nothing.... I know enough.... Bought a 1.5 hp laptop, she replaced it with a 1.3 saying that the 1.3 now costs as much as the 1.5 did.... Not my problem. I hung in there and went back to get my virus protection updated... They uninstalled apps that I wanted and added apps that I did not.... Never again..... Never

I'm putting less-than-reliable because twice now I've driven to this location in the last business hour only to find them closed an hour earlier than advertised. Not sure if it's a Yelp issue or a miscommunication between Yelp and Staples or if Staples just closes when it wants to but I'd suggest calling first before you make the trip.
