Crap service due for an equipment upgrade. Have to being my old stuff in rather than pick up my new stuff and then return my old one email doesn't explain that for almost $100 a month I'm paying do better now I have to make a trip back and forth due to your error in communication. Wait till TDS takes all your customers then you will have to provide quality service

Spectrum has horrible customer service. We stopped services in Sept 2024 because they kept raising our bill without notice, and the internet was not great. We switched to Tmobile for MUCH cheaper and better service and customer service. Today, January 22, 2025, I found they charged my account and took money out. I called to find out why, and the lady I spoke with was very unhelpful and not willing to help solve this issue. She kept telling me we didn't return a router when we never had one of Spectrums routers in the first place. We had a modem, and we did return that and had proof that it was sent to them. She still wouldn't help us solve this issue. I finally disputed the charge with my bank and immediately got credit for Spectrums' error and lack of customer service. I will NEVER have services or recommend services from Spectrum ever! When disconnecting my services, I even read serial #'s to the lady I spoke with and verified that all we had was the modem to send back, but the lady I spoke with today just didn't care. Save yourself some troubles and find someone else to get internet or tv through. Dealing with Spectrum is a nightmare!!

Internet itself was fine, and the service in the store was quick. However being charged twice for the final month of internet because it is the "Standard" doesn't sit right with me.

The staff person who helped me in my 2 visits, was helpful in getting my internet and television services established.
I personally think the services are expensive, but that is no fault of the helpful staff at this store.

My card got charged and I got over drafted because of technicalities in their system. It needs to be fixed! Stay away from spectrum your card is not save.

They wouldn’t upgrade my device though it is paid off and eligible for upgrade an I’ve never missed a payment… been there twice an I’m over it.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! They are really going to charge me almost $100 for 2 days worth of service. Choose literally any other internet provider than them. Their customer service is terrible! Can’t wait for TDS!!

Whoever oversees this store from their upper management is completely incompetent. I feel so bad for everyone who works here. What a nightmare. I just got told “I don’t know” to every question I asked. Train these people properly! They are all just winging it and their internal departments don’t communicate with each other. I used to think Comcast was bad in my last area. They were just fine after dealing with this mess. It’s clear that all these bad reviews are believable and the chaos at this store is a reflection of bad leadership.

I was experiencing very poor internet at home (one speed test even came back at 56k) and it turned out to be a bad modem. Spectrum did replace it but gave me nothing to compensate us for the week our Internet was basically useless. I tried to negotiate with them to get a lower competitive rate on my bill and even said I could get faster Internet with another company for cheaper, they told me to go to that company. So I did. Dropped my bill by $25 per month and get almost triple the speed now!
