When I was a senior in high school my phone kept acting out so I took it to their store to get it fixed. I wasn’t even there for a few minutes and they fixed it.

April 2022 by James S.
I have been a customer of Snap Wireless communications, for a few years, without problems. Originally they had a local store in Polson, MT where I live and would pay my monthly fee with my debit card. A year ago, or so, the store closed and I began calling in my payment to tel.# (406) 750-4576. Not taking advantage of the 9 day grace period for April 2022 service, I called in the $36.00 fee on March 30th and was given a confirmation #50541. At 8:27pm on the 8th of April, my service was cut off. During that time until Monday, I spent 5 hours in conversations with representatives in different countries, to include waiting between transfers of "higher levels" of management. Nothing worked until I was advised that my time (for payment) had expired. On Monday the 11th, I missed scheduled VA telephone appointment, and so after I confirmed that my bank showed that the $36.00 payment had cleared I called Snap Comm. # on my home phone and was told, after 2 hours, that I needed to make another debit card payment. Which I did, in the amount of $31.34, which also has cleared my bank. My bank was in touch with Snap and I received a polite call from them in apology for the mess up, and that I wouldn't need to pay again until June '22. Yesterday, I received a (406) 282-1292 call from 'Rene', the Snap Manager from Great Falls office, to tell me that "there was a problem and she would have to investigate". Later, my phone service was cut off!! This morning, I called the for Rene' and was told by 'Lacy', that she was out of the office. I asked for a call back. It's been a few hour's. No call.

5 star service with an Asurion insurance claim. Technician was kind, friendly and super knowledgeable. He went out of his way at the end of a long travel day to make sure our claim was complete. Would definitely recommend their services!

so this girl treats this business like a day care wears a pistol and has her husband as back up to threaten clients as needed. sold my mom a phone for 1000 bucks locked to Verizon tried returning it under 90 days and got cops called on us. her husband gets to threaten clients while she's packing a gun. 75 year old mom is out a phone because they buy cheap Verizon locked phones. refused to print out proof its not locked and refused to pay us pack. trespassed off property because they refuse to pay for locked phone back. then lied saying we threatened them to the cops real classy bunch. so if you want to be threatened and be screwed over go here.

Made an appointment for a screen and back repair the other week but when I showed up they were actually closed so I waited 30 minutes. Get into the store and they say we'd have to reschedule to another day because the parts weren't in yet. I was never notified about my appointment being canceled so was a little annoyed I wasted my time but I understand stuff happens. They took down my info and told me they'd call me with an appointment time this past week; never got a call again. Will be going somewhere else.

husband paid on his plan last week. He ended up losing all his data, so he went in today to talk with them about it. The gal working completely fried his phone but was kind enough to offer to sell him a used one for 500$!! Unbelievable. Brian the manager wasn't in and she refused to tell my husband when he'd be available or how to get in touch with him. Smh!

I had a great and reliable phone but I cracked the screen. I had a protection plan so I paid my deductible and was set up with an appointment with Snap. I took my phone in on a Saturday.... discovered they messed up my phone when I tried some of the apps later that afternoon (after the were closed of course). I no longer had the "soft program closure button). Monday morning I called and was told to bring it back. My husband did and was told an hour later that I would have to have the phone replaced since they were not authorized to fix (what they broke) and I would have to file a new claim for the replacement. Best phone I have ever had and now..... a real mess.... still waiting on the phone to talk to the insurance company and file a complaint on the Snap business they booked me with.

Horrible customer service. I have been with them for many years and for the last 4 months they have shut off my service when I am on auto pay. They say my card declined, yet as soon as I call (when I can get through), it magically works on the same card. They billed me twice in a month and I still have no service nor will they answer their phones during business hours or respond to messages. I can ONLY get service when I drive to their office from out of town. I’m hoping to switch as soon as possible. Don’t use this company unless you enjoy spending hours per month trying to get service, getting over billed, like being blamed for their issues, and like not having cell service.
