I just went in for my first time. There were no shopping carts anywhere near the entrance.They were about six of us they were wondering how we were going to get groceries.I left to go find a grocery store where I could actually get groceries

Food aisles are crowded with employees, boxes and ladders. Not much variety unless you just want Kroger brand items. Saturdays are awful to shop as the beggars practically block the entrance.

I was in self checkout last night ringing up my groceries when I saw a employee verbally assault a customer follow the customer around and scream at them! The manager came up and tried to diffuse the situation and the employee then proceeded to yell over the manager. I don't understand why the employee was not terminated.. as long as the employees Coleen and chance work there I will not be a customer. My daughter had to listen to the foul language coming out of an employee and witness this ridiculous drama. So unprofessional!

This is the worst grocery store in Great Falls, they stock the shelves specifically to line their own pockets with money could care less about their customer base; they are always out or do not stock larger quantity items so you were forced to buy a smaller and more expensive item, on several accounts overhearing their employees with filthy racist language or just plain disrespect to the customers. They close the doors at 7:30 PM where all the grocery baskets are located forcing their customers to walk extra lengths through their store just to get a grocery cart. The Kroger brand items are subpar I would recommend you stay away from this grocery store.

If you want to find excellent top of the line produce you should shop here!!! It is a good price and great quality!! It taste better than anywhere else I have shopped and it lasts for a while too!!! Also the employees are super friendly and super helpful and they are not ever rude and never ever have an attitude !!! They are also fully stocked always and it's very clean there !!! They have also a variety to choose from!! If you sign up with them with just your phone number you also receive fuel points and so it helps with the gas prices these days!!

They are d*** and so is the machine they use for phone Rx. Apparently, I can only call in a refill on a machine when the store is open, makes no sense. Yea, lets have an answering machine that only works when we can answer the phone. Sounds like people d*** enough not to trust with my Rx.

I shop here once a year during my annual fishing trip on the Missouri River at Craig. We fly in at night and the location near the airport on Interstate 15 is perfect because we can get our rental car, drop by Smith's, shop and be on our way fairly quickly. Since we get there late the butcher shop and deli are closed and some of the merchandise, particularly produce, is a bit picked over but we are always able to find everything we need as we do our own cooking at the VRBO we rent near Craig. They also have wine and beer. Once you leave Great Falls, you enter a food desert until Helena so it is great having a full service supermarket so near the airport. I find shopping for food late in the evening depressing but the staff has been helpful. I have had no issues shopping at Smith's.

The Dairy closing associate Smoke has always been very helpful each time I have visited the store.
