Disguised as a risk free trial, Sleep Number will charge you the delivery fee and a return fee ($500!!) if you return the mattress. Unfortunately the salesman at the store told me I could try this mattress, which is like sleeping either on a brick or a deflated air mattress, risk free and I could return it “no questions asked.”Their customer service was unwilling to work with me at all on these asinine charges. Before buying, know if you don’t like the mattress it comes with a STEEP price.They did not disclose the delivery fee was non refundable nor was I ever informed of a pickup fee if dissatisfied.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Even when they seemed to be overwhelmed with more customers than staff, they made us feel as if we were still important, all the while knowing that we were the last ones to have walked in. I would recommend this store for your sleeping needs!

The sign on the door says the store is open at 10 o’clock, yet it is after 10 and the store is all locked up. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

We had a great experience picking out the bed that would best meet our needs. The two gentleman there are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to help and answer questions. Can’t wait for our bed to be delivered.

Local store was really helpful with the sale. Bed is awesome. My problem is with the customer service system. I had a couple problems with the delivery. After spending literally hours on hold. They told me they would compensate me for my troubles with a free pillow. The pillow never came. Local store basically said it's not there problem and I need to contact customer support. Customer support said I need to contact shipping. As I already spent over an hour on the phone I don't feel like spending any more time arguing about a pillow, I hung up. I guess they win this dispute.Local store can only sell you the bed. All problems need to go through a horrible customer service system. Again the bed is awsome and I have never slept beter.

Sleep number beds are pretty good, warranty not the best. This store is not so great. Store employees park right in front of the doors while customers have to park around the back of the building. Bought a mattress and found out when I got my credit card statement a month later they had canceled my order for no reason. And they couldn't move me up a month if I placed a new order. Went and bought a tempur pedic instead.

Bertrand was a delight to work with. We had driven to Great Falls to purchase a C4 full size as we already had a queen C4 in our RV. Bertrand tested us for our numbers and answered questions we had to make sure we will be getting our best sleep on either mattress.
