“I arrived at the counter in Great Falls, MT with a ton of merchandise. I was far away from home and exhausted and frustrated by a hectic week. My merchandise was no where ready to be shipped so I had to package and then package some more so it was suitable. “I went to expedite my mail around 11:45 am on a Thursday. It was not crowded at all. Walked in with my 2 year old daughter and there were two lovely ladies working. They were both very kind to both my daughter and I, very efficient and helpful. I wish I got their names but unfortunately I didn't. I appreciated their customer service and how fast they were. It made me feel comfortable and I highly suggest this post office.”

“This is a postal location for use of the drop off mailbox only. Pick up times on the drive-up mailbox are Monday - Saturday at 7pm. The postal workers can empty the box later than that, but for the safest bet, get your mail in before 7pm. The building is fenced off for authorized vehicles only. The mailbox doesn't take the small flat rate boxes so plan on taking packages larger than a padded envelope to the post office downtown or have your carrier pick it up.”

These people called dispatch who then got ahold of the driver. The driver came back and delivered the same day. They went above and beyond to help us and we greatly appreciate it. Thank you!”

“I always get fast and friendly customer service when I shop here. Recently I had some books I was going to bind myself with the plastic combs but then our machine broke. I had my copies made and I had the combs already and when I took them all in, the manager was very friendly and gave me a good price. In top of that all 90 books were done the next day!”
