usually the customer service is subpar and despite my usual quiet and polite demeanor, the staff seems to always recognize me, which is ok, but some mutual respect is needed badly there, anywho, lets see what today holds, and glad an acknowledgment of my written response by those unknowns portraying themselves in a diff light, the mobs stalking hopefully comes to a halt.

The tire department is awful! First off, calling them is impossible because you get directed to a call center somewhere that keeps disconnecting you. Then, they refuse to fix a tire we bought from them them two months ago because it had a nail in it. Isn’t that the purpose of repair?! I will NEVER use or recommend SAMs to anyone. If we had a Costco I wouldn’t use SAMS at all!

Great service, great program to help Seniors separate from the volume of people out front. Gives the high risk a safe and quick way to replenish their needs. Allows Seniors to shop right after restock.

i wish i could cancel and get my money back. they have prices higher than retailers and i can not find anything i need online. The service is horrible, amazingly bad service

extremely rude employees, terrible attitude and the gossip is just crazy. we had a employee start talking about other employees right in front of us. seriously needs a whole employee change. nasty people

I scheduled a job interview online at Sam's. When I went there, nobody seemed to know anything. They were rude, insulting. I called the phone number on my interview invitation. Yep, I had had an interview scheduled when I was there. Sam's gets low marks in overall customer service.

Owned by the same people who own Walmart. Seriously could you get any worse on your customer service? The old man that stands at the exit door should pay attention to his only job instead of hacking with other employees who aren't doing their job. I don't care to wait around while The employees decide to finish up their conversation about what they had done the previous night.
