I cannot express enough how impressed I am with PrintingCenterUSA! From assisting me with placing the order for my funeral programs to having them delivered to my doorstep within an astonishing 48-hour turnaround, their service has been exceptional. This experience far surpasses anything I've encountered with local printers, despite PrintingCenterUSA having to handle a much larger workload. Their correspondence was impeccable, ensuring every detail was perfect, and they even took the time to check in to ensure my satisfaction. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone in need of printing services to choose PrintingCenterUSA. I seriously doubt you'll find the LEVEL of quality, speed and care they put in elsewhere!

We've had orders delivered before even being notified that they had been shipped. Also, items have been delivered at least a week before they were even supposed to arrive. This is phenomenal considering the distance from PCUSA in Montana and our location in Oklahoma. The last order, we placed on a Wednesday, and the finished product rapidly arrived at our location the next Wednesday....and we did not even request expedited shipping. We have never yet been disappointed in a print job from PCUSA, and we say THANK YOU!

I recently used PrintingCenterUSA to order magazines for my wedding photography clients, and I've got some mixed feelings to share. At first, things hit a bit of a speed bump – they ended up printing the wrong version of the guide, despite having the revised one approved for production. But I had to hand it to them, when I called to vent my frustration, they were all ears and handled it professionally. They listened to my concerns and assured me they'd sort it out. Eventually, I got my hands on the correct version of the guide in my hands, I was happy with the quality and excited to finally send them out to clients! But here's the kicker – all of this came with a price tag of over $100 (after using a coupon) for just 25 copies in black and white. Now, I'm not sure if I'm ready to jump back on the PrintingCenterUSA train for my next project. The hiccup in production was a downer, and while their customer service was great, the cost is making me do a double-take. Will have to weigh my options before considering a return visit.

We are over the moon with the printing of our 8-page booklet! The online process of uploading the PDF and reviewing the artwork was incredibly efficient to ensure it would print correctly. The company exceeded our expectations, and we’ll be back!

PrintingCenterUSA did an incredible job transforming a handmade family history into a beautiful book. It was a meaningful tribute to its 87-year-old author and received ecstatic praise from relatives delighted to have their own copies. The process was surprisingly easy, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the quality exceeded our highest expectations. The photographs and illustrations came out even nicer than the images we submitted! I recommend PrintingCenterUSA to everyone.

I had 500 calendars printed last year. Had to replace 4 pictures from hard copy draft and 2 still came out poorly. Anyway, I sold 400. This year, I ordered 400 calendars. I got a digital proof. It looked awful. I called, and they sent me high res digital proofs. They looked good. I was assured that the finished product would look as well. They looked awful. Washed out colors. I contacted them, and they said they looked fine. I left them an honest review on Trust Pilot. Now, they call me asking to make it right. They said they knew there was a problem with my calendars as they had to "change the drum" on the machine after my order. She asked how they could make it right. I said I only sold half of them. People flip through them and put them down. How about giving me half my money back. She said "would that be enough to get you to take your review down?" I said no. That would be dishonest. She said they would be in touch. Not. 2 lessons. Never doing business with them again. If they knew a $2000 order wasn't right and sent it anyway, they don't deserve my business. Second, don't trust Trust Pilot. They shared my personal info with Printcenter USA after I made the review. I looked them up, and they are a service businesses pay for to improve the quality of their reviews.

I ordered 75, 6 by 6 booklets (full color inside and outside). I am in love with them. Nothing is missing from my text or prints which is amazing! Such a great price for what you get. I am so happy, cannot wait to make another order! The colors on the book are also so vibrant, exactly like how I saw them on my computer (which was so great). So happy with the product. 10/10 recommend.

I had calendars made for my school fundraiser. The calendars were beautiful, the customer service were actual people who were wonderful, and they were very competitively priced....believe me, I looked around. I will definitely use them again!

We create our calendars using their online template (not downloadable one). We buy our Thank you cards, too. Excellent customer service! Their products/ production is wonderful. Very happy and confident to refer them! We are a non-profit.

Very disappointed in my order from PrintingCenter. They took my correctly-formatted PDF and printed it incorrectly. I have the PDF that proves it was set up right; upon discussing it with their (very unprofessional) customer service person, they refused to admit their mistake. Will definitely not work with them again. You get what you pay for, I'm afraid.

I just used PrinterCenterUSA for the first time. With the price of our booklets being much cheaper than everyone else I could find, I wasn't sure what to expect.I was absolutely shocked at the quality booklets we received. Absolutely top notch, clean crisp prints that were of much higher quality than services we paid three times as much for.I will not use anyone else at this point.
